CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

I filed my husband's application on November 2011. Anyone here around that date that DID NOT yet get a remed request or rePCC? I feel like I'm the only one left on this forum because I see so many 2011 applicants that got remed requests as well as 2012 applicants that even got PPR. It's great for you guys but is there anyone out there that hasn't even gotten to that stage yet?
I know my file was transferred to ISL on May 2013 before that it was in CPP Ottawa. I need my husband here before May 2014...I'm expecting and really want him to be here. Also sent ISL my doctor's letters of how stressed out I am and am meeting with a social worker from a hospital next week. I don't know what else I can do to just get them to look at my file. I ordered my notes and there are literally NO HUMAN NOTES on my file except "From Ottawa: To Islamabad, this file belongs in your office" followed by the email that I sent declaring my pregnancy. But no "Red Flag" or "Observations" notes. I want him to be here when our baby comes. I'm feeling very hopeless and helpless right now

i got an email yesterday that file transferred to London office, as multiple ppl got the same email that their files are being transferred to other countries means its not a mistake. next question is will they follow their timelines or Pakistani timelines to process.

I had some info for you pertaining to BC not sure if you still need it if so please let me know. Have you ever sent additional info such as visits, chat logs, pictures etc?

No need to worry, this is a normal trend CHC-Islamabad has started. They are shifting files to CHC-London and CHC-New Delhi. It is a similar process that they had in late 2011 when they started to send new applications to Cpp-Ottawa. Many members were confused/excited (myself included) that our files were being detoured to Ottawa and the timeline was 10 months. Obviously, we all thought that our files will be approved in Ottawa within the 10 month mark or so (Many cic agent said it was a good thing cause it was faster). Slowly but surely we all realized the Ottawa was not processing pakistani application but it was only a holding ground. Many member via gmcs notes came to realize that their files sat and collected dust in Ottawa and then were sent via scanned documents to Islamabad e-storage and in some cases the originals returned to the sponsor in Canada.

I believe the same thing is happening now. They just took the files away from Ottawa (the probably told them to do so because they are involved with many United states visa offices now) and or sending them off to London. Agents will tell them (maybe its because they have no idea) that since Islamabad is at 32 months and London is near the 10 month mark and so is New Delhi that your files will be processed that much quicker. Actually London or New Delhi in reality don't have the access to perform background/security checks, Nadra office verification, educational document verification, the verification of the legal marriage papers perform within Pakistani premises and many other documentation and verification that would be done in Pakistan. An agent sitting in London or New Delhi will not call or attempt to verify the genuineness of a marriage in a whole different country. Finally PPR can't be stamped in another country.

I believe this is a another Cpp-Ottawa scam, that was started in late 2011 and you can see the results. We are all still here. The rest I would say give it a try and hey! if it does workout you just saved yourself form a doom of 32 months and the other hand don't be surprised if in a year you order notes are realize that many files are under the dust in London or New Delhi.

I found,out YDAY thru my mp tht isb sent my wife (applicant )an email in mid jan to send thm pcc and add forms but we never got any email frm.isb... Not in spam or ne other folder... Wat shud i do now ? mp has asked isb to resend the add doc request to us but wat else shud I do now ?? I haven't gotten any email as of yet from chc .. its really worrying for us as we don't know which forms and docs they are asking otherwise we would've just preparerd it and send it to chc..

I think you did the right thing by getting a inquiry from mp. There isn't much else you can do. Reason being you dont know what forms they asked for. If you like you can also send chc Islamabad an email personally aswell and state out the situation.

I do understand why you would disagree. You would think then what is the point of sending files over if they are going to follow isb anyways. If i was in your situation right now i would think the same. Actually, i was in your situation 2 years back when they sent it to ottawa. Thought the same, hoped they would process faster or maybe follow ottawa timeline. I was wrong. On the flip side, hopefully ottawa doesnt happen in london. But don't make any conclusion. Like i always say for chc Islamabad applicants "hope for the best, expect the worst" Good luck to you buddy..
