i live in pakistan. my husband is naturalized canadian ctizen and my case is in process. since i am expecting and baby will be born in pakistan. i need to ask that what process do i need to follow as i heard that baby will be citizen too if any of parent is candian?

We are just receiving response to first step twice , sending the file to london is not second step , cic just sent those file to london from islamabad to release the burden, as there is already a huge backlog in cic islamabad. That doesnt mean our file are opened and they have start the process . You filed in August so may they will be process it in islambad , mostly the cases filed at the end of 2013 are sent to london, mine was filed in oct.

Got email end oct 2013 that file sent abroad
Today got an other email that file sent to abroad and I think to London to improve service.
Why did they sent to London?

i called them, there is no mistake!! My Application will now be proccessed by New Dehli and the call center agent also said that yes i can refer to the proccessing times of New Dehli now as a better estimate of when i can expect my application to be processed. God is too kind!!! ;D ;D

You called them how? from Pakistan or Canada? On what number?

Bro if u want to leave pak in the end of ur medical so re new it if u want to leave pak a.s.a.p when u get visa so dont need re new. As ur visa expirt date will be ur medical expiry date
Or Wait till april if u didnt got ppr so go for renewal

Arite Thanks well the best is to wait for ppr cuz i dnt want to get in another trouble cuz no one knows abt pakistans situation anything can happen at anytime like an incident few months ago related to passport !..

salaam answer for ur fist q , yes. U can live with ur spuose abroad IF ur a Canadian citizen but u have convince the cic that once ur spouse get pr u ll return to Canada for example u have to have job letter from Canada that ur employ will give u the
Same position when u return to Canada or u have to have a property under ur name in Canada .question 2 u can sponsor spouse if ur not in Welfare, in cic websit say this no minimum in come is required to sponsor a spouse unless ur not in welfare but as far as I know sponsorer's income is very important the more the better Q 3 u been a student u have to sent ur previous year's income tax dc wit ur application it's means cic wanna know how much is income in last year , so this is what I knew from my knowledge hope it's help. Waliqum salam! Thanks for your info. I was thinking they will accept when application is finalized and time to come to Canada they will bring enough money to live here on that till they get job in Canada. They can sale their abroad business When they return. The sponsor has no property or job offer in Canada at this moment.

Would this work if they show some asset that will be enough for the time they get job in Canada, would this convince CIC?
