Is it including the passports that are expired as well?

Yes, it is including the expired/lost/stolen passports.

If no, please explain___________________________________________________

Should I say "NOT APPLICABLE" because my husband never worked for any of those as its not obligatory for us Pakistani national. I am wondering if one of you guys could help

Only the sponser, can order notes. All you need is a consent form signed by both.
