Asslamualikum Immigration Forum Family,

Please help!!!

I've made a terrible error and am not sure what to do? I've been checking ECAS with the F number provided and my husband's name, dob, and country of birth.

After reading posts pertaining to UCI numbers I came to realize that I was using the incorrect info. So I checked with UCI number and my name, dob, and country of birth. (Last week)

Apparently their was a letter mailed out on Dec 27 2012 to which address not sure (ECAS states my 2 Canadian addresses). Assuming this is the AOR.
I've confirmed with family at both addresses and they have never received any mail for me. Currently in Pakistan with husband and daughter until March.

I will try to contact the alternative number to 1-888-242-2100 which is 1-613-944-4000. Also am applying for notes this week In Sha Allah.

Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

I don't think there is anything to be worried about. I applied in August 2012 and received a letter in September 2012 stating that I have been approved for sponsorship. My ecas mentions the date the letter was sent, but doesn't say what's written in the letter. I am sure it is the same letter you received as well. Most people on this forum received e-mail instead of letter for sponsorship approval.You can give them a call to find out to be sure. GCMS notes is the best way to find out what's happening.

Oh brother so sorry to hear this as I myself had to fight with the hospital I worked at after I converted to Islam. Alhamdulillah Human Rights stepped in after I explained to them how important it is for prayer and Friday service is. I won but I had trouble with supervisors all the time so I pray In Sha Allah it will be better for her In Sha Allah......

Everything that said "original" i sent. Yes, that includes education docs.

What do you mean by original documents..... Are you talking about the education documents or nikha nama ...birth certificate ??

I am so worried I applied for my wife in sep 2012 in October 2012 I received approval email from
CIC. After this we never get any response from CIC.did someone get any update who applied in sep 2012?

Only the sponser, can order notes. All you need is a consent form signed by both.

No worries, some cases get late correspondence. You can go ahead and order notes.

I also applied for my husband Sept 2012 and received approval in Dec 2012. I have not heard anything also and am waiting anxiously. We can keep each other posted if you like since we have the same timelines. I'm going to be ordering notes In Sha Allah this week.

Should I say "NOT APPLICABLE" because my husband never worked for any of those as its not obligatory for us Pakistani national. I am wondering if one of you guys could help
