Did you contact the CHC ISB? I remember in my immigration process(skilled class) that I did not hear back after medical for 4 months and then I sent an inquiry email. I received letter within 10 days for final forms submission etc. I am not sure if my email woke them up or it was due even without my email

Yes i did and i have been trying to check my application status online, but its not working for the past 6 months right after i sent n my wife's it showed medical rcieved and 3 days later i sent in my wife's passport as per request by CIC. Since then they asked for my wife's police clearance, which i sent to them on oct 07/2013 and since then i tried via e-mail and just yesterday i sent a copy of my wife police clearance via my MP. i am now just waiting and waiting no aknowledgement from them if they have recieved my wife's police clearance. i ahve no way of checking status so i ahve gone back and forth to my MP.

Yes, I faxed Islamabad my change of address and that letter was signed by both my wife and I (I'm her sponsor/authorized rep. and she's the principal applicant) I figured I might sign it as well since they needed her signature anyways. They will update the new address on CIC database but it may not be reflected on E-CAS. I compared GCMS notes and noticed the new address was updated and old one was removed.

Yes you are right. Stage 1 is completed and they may or may not look at the new job credentials. I did have a change in my position within work and I emailed Ottawa the new documents like letter of reclassification, original job contract etc. Doesn't hurt to let them know you are better off now than you were before financially (if applicable) ... if anything it could act as a bonus for us!
CHC-Islamabad should add those documents as 'additional documents' to your electronic file. If not, our IMM0008 and other forms expire after a year anyways so we can (or our spouses) mention the updated job credentials on the new forms.
