Here it is how I am so dumb. I got so excited by the ppr that when I sent them the proof of payment for RPRF, I did not fill in my information such as name address, client identification etc. I left it all blank and sent it to cic Islamabad. Last night when I got another email from cic requesting to send RPRF proof, I couldn't understand why do they want me to reprint and rescan. I was like :S
I just checked my previous email from sent folder and discovered what I have done. I am feeling bad and at the same time cannot stop laughing at myself.

Usually Islamabad open files for process after one year of application date. (Best case scenario). It may take longer aswell. So you would be looking at september 2014.

I guess you have received the approval of first stage i-e sponsorship evaluation. These days , they send the file to Ottawa first who make electronic copies and return the original documents and most likely, then file gets transferred to CHC ISB. Based on 2013 cases on this forum, it may take 3-4 months time before you get mail from Ottawa. After that, CHC ISB may take as long as it wish to start processing the case, hopefully it gets shorter and shorter.

And 1 more thing can I stay with my husband while the case is in process for how long I want or I can live there only for few months and have to come back. I'm citizen

that can't be right..because I received a response from mississauga in mid august as well and I got a letter on thursday requesting for re-meds..each case is different..

well I don't know about that..it can be anything..immigration asked for chest x-rays..so we will find out how lucky we are on Wednesday when he gets his med examinations done..I pray everyone hears something positive very soon Inshallah!

Ok so if it says in process and if they are saying they have started processing application on Nov 5th then pls check your email.

Mine is exactly same timeline Feb 2012 and they started processing Nov 5th. Same day my wife got email for PPR.

Pls check email in case they sent PPR.

Yes sis u can but do not stay more than 2 months. When u visit ur husband.keep boarding pass and take some.picture and send it to chc as more evidence
