my status:

We received your application for permanent residence on March 27, 2013.

Medical results have been received.

I got a letter which says your case has been forwarded to CHC Islamabad on May 1, 2013 , but still it is not updated on site, My wife is my sponsor. Dear brothers and sisters,Please help me in this process, I really don't know noting about this process i sent all my wedding pictures, wedding hall receipt, jewelry receipts, and some more receipts which we had from our wedding, What else do we need to send to CHC-Islamabad ? When they will contact me? what evidence do i need to collect? I appreciate your help in advance

For all members who are over 15 months for there applied spouse application. It is recommended to order notes, it will give you details regarding your file. Rather than emailing ottawa or calling cic. (They just give generic answers).

Your status is normal, everyone gets the same showing on ecas.

Now you will have to wait it out. They will contact you when they need something or need you to update something.

They really dont have a timeline when they will contact you. Its a game of destiny and chance. (Like its been over 15 months for me no contact)

Salam Members...i dont know whats going on with my case.my case has been sent newdehli dont know it happened
by mistake or intentionaly.we sent letter to newdehli office and missisuaga.yesterday we recieved passport request
by email.we filed our application on 19 april 2013.they have mentioned that they dont return passport ourside india
nepal bhutan.our lawyer is working on it but i m so much worried about this.

u should contact call centre,,,and check ur forms also i think by mistake u or ur lawyer mentioned ur visa office as new dehli,,,and in india they ask for passport at very initial stage

This has gotten me so upset. I will wait for 2 days if I don't hear from them, I will have the full right to apply for

I have a question My wife is pregnant and will be expecting babby in oct/nov 2013 .sponsorship is still in process what to do should i informe cic ottawa/islamabad if so how .

Also can it speed up the processing of sponsorship if we do want to have new born in canada.

u cant speed up process on this basis,,,u have to inform cic islamabd when ur baby is born,,and if ur canadian ur baby will be canadian citizen u have to apply for his passport,,or if ur not then just add ur baby in ur application by filling form and paying fee

when ur baby born apply for baby's citizenship certificate and apply for passport,,and mean while if ur soo lucky and ur wify get ppr then u can also apply for temperary travel documents for baby
