is there a form that has to be taken when going for the medical?
I heard there is one but i cant seen to find it

applied in october 2012 ..

and for the medical form, i think they change the forms .. now when you go to the physician they give you the proof that medical did happen .. some senior member would wanna correct me if im wrong about this. when I applied there was a form in the region specific guide.

dear seniors and friends.

here is my story

1 i am in canada as permnent resident actuly from pakistan from the last 6 months

2 in my initial application to canada i did not paid the fee for my family,they were in my application,but they were not accompnied to me

3 now i want to sponsor my family.as we all gone through medical examinations and police clearance last year.

4 now i want to know how much time it will take to process my family case,i am in GTA

5 i have seen the application forms but they demand medical and police clearnce what should i provide to them because my family medical is expired shall i send them documents without medical.and at later stage they will direct my family to do the medical.i have the photocopies of the last medical directions which i received and than submitted by my doctor to them.

please guide me.

when i m applying, i have to send the option 'C' with it? or can i send it after?
or do i even need it? i graduated in Dec and i havent found a job as of yet

if you filed a return for 2012 and 2011, i would recommend you send it, in the interest of clarity.

No send ur option c. You have filed ur taxes right? Its not abt the income its to make sure tht u wont go on welfare ..im still in school and working part time. Job doesnt matter .. id say do everything in the order of checklist.. get police clearance and medical done and pictures and everything else then apply ..send them a perfect package ..baqi if they need anything else or morre proofs..they will ask

You are a month ahead of me.. i applied in oct .. approved in nov ..

no they will ask for re-medical which means ur closer to PPR .. sometimes if the file is finished early then obviously its not required. but the bottom line is send ur medical with ur initial application to missisauga!

hpw it is possible to send medicaal with initial application to misssiuaga,as they not demand it,shall we do it with our own as i am here as husband and i tell my family to do medical.plese clear me it is a big confusion.because when i was coming to canada they direct me to do medical.how i do it by my own???????
