question from all applicant's who applied between april 2012 to oct 2012...and transfer to ottawa

Please explain "CIC has received money to reduce its processing/backlog ".

How come you concluded this information not source but what are indications that tells?

In my views they are doing this deliberately to discourage Pakistani for spouse spnosoship
and wants to make money on TRV.

Salam Khawaja. Thanks for asking me the source. I apologise for mixing the newly plan to reduce backlog for humanitarian cases with sponsorship. I read that spousal sponsorship will be processed as is ... no changes. Sorry for the mix up!

So my husband received a call from the MP office and he told him that my file has been transferred to London office on February 24th. Now God knows how long its going to lie gathering dust there Has the same happened with any other 2011 applicant?

Basically, the officer who is in charge of gathering documents will send out an email asking for these things to be fulfilled. Once these docs are received he will verify if they are the correct docs. Then he will forward your file to the "eligibility decision" making officer. This is the guy who send ppr these days. Hence, why is becoming rare to see remed+ppr at the same time (like we used back in 2012 or 2011). The due date roughly is 3 months (doesn't mean they will follow it). In my case the due date was nov 2013 for decision making officer and its March 2014 (just to show due dates don't mean nothing). The rest Allah knows better I'm just a victim of CHC.

Same Timeline only difference is my medical is exempt and sent requested forms and waiting for next step. they got it on Jan 20 Docs rcvd.

Salam, any one had interview request where they asked you to bring 4 passport photographs etc. Plz answer because I know to have police certificate, communication request is common but what about passport size photo graph and interview email was sent from London, UK.

Have u ever order gcms notes? If no, please do because it will clearly show details n whereabouts of your file. I trust gcms notes more than mp's reply. Just a suggestion rest it's upto u.

Dear forum members.
I am in Canada, I applied my PR file in vegriville Canada and I have received PR eligibility on 13 Nov. 2013 ,and CIC write in Letter that your file is transfer to Islamabad on 13 Nov.2013. My wife (+3 kids under ten years) submitted her sponsor file on 6th Dec.2013 in Canadian H/C Islamabad, but still we are waiting AOR from CIC Islamabad.
plz senior members comments on my case ,is this a normal or CIC have,t received my file yet.my wife mail her file doc by TCS and very next day she received SMS of delivery from TCS office.Now I am worried because my friend submit his family file 19th Jan 2014 and he received AOR 27th Jan 2014. I also send E-mail to CIC but no response yet.( I am waiting my PR yet, but on line status is medicals have been received )

Okay now m scared as well :-X I ordered my notes in jan...got them in feb showing nothing has started. Eligibility is in progress and review required. File status in gcms notes is in progress but on my Ecas it's application received. And notes show that my file is in isloo.

I really don't get it ! Y are they rotating our files all over places? Nothing good came from keeping our files in Ottawa...backlog is still there. What good will London bring? Morons.

And I really feel ur file is still in Isloo...I don't trust MP...they just say things which can take us off their backs. I would order gcms notes in 2 months time again if I was in ur place.
