did you receive your originals? i received those on 8 july 2013

Seems like those who applied in 2013 got their original documents back as well as their files were transferred to Islamabad (per ATIP/GCMS notes) as of June, July, & August 2013.

Keep in mind CIC has received money to reduce its processing/backlog time by a year so they are going electronic ... seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel. Let's see what the quarterly updated processing times have in bank.

in your case too..september 2014 isn't that far away- hopefully your case will be wrapped up by then or your husband could be waiting for his stamped passport with canadian visa...damn what an insane journey! approaching 2 fckin years...what else can cic do to us??? a part of me says the hardest part is over. i feel like there is a tiny speck of light at the end of the tunnel... ooop..dont wanna jinx myself ..back to angry face

I think so too .. and I know someone who's medical was extended by 3 months after the 12 month period, so it is a possibility that people approaching a year after a re-med may have an extension and will be issued a PPR. Again, just a speculation.. June is not that far away :/. Seems like been waiting forever anyways.

its so hard to figure out if its going to take 2 years, more than 2 or less.
some 2012 files are being transferred to London ..
some people are getting docs back
some people aren't getting remed.
CHC ISB is so not consistent.

Hey guys I got originals on July 13 from Ottawa and than I sent my editionals doc on nov 13 and got originals of pics and other proves of relationship with a note stated we kept copies on files on feb 10 14 and still waiting for remed or if I was lucky ppr inshahalla it's sounds like a dream to me (PPR) lol but what can we do just waiting...

salaam sister ur right coz mine case went to Ottawa and u know what when I called cic call center ask about my file the agent told me wow ur so lucky I said why he said ur case is processing in Ottawa and Ottawa timeline is 12 months I was so happy when He told this I was like wow coz the cic call center guy said this to me lol but now it's been more than 14 months and noting and I am sure my file is still collecting dust in Ottawa or Islamabad's storage , I requesting those ppl who files are in Delhi or London plzz guys don't keep ur expectations to high don't trust this cic game that soon until u get ur visa in ur hand

well i received my originals back from Ottawa in august 2013 and and then i sent them additional proofs in October 2013 n received all in January after that no response from them. !

Salam Aliakum brother,

I did order my notes about 5 months ago through notes I found the second UCI number for my wife that's all nothing was started but I also order my notes on Feb 7 when I get the reports I will give you more info.

Same thing for my sister file nothing was started and we will order second GCMS notes soon.

sallaam asyed sister I remember u asked me about struck , to be honest sister I try my best to get together some ppl in our situation here in Canada but no body is ready to take time and rise their voices at the beginning I got some support but than they got disappeared i dont know why and this is why we r stucked in this situation it is very easy to talk but nobody is ready to take some action everybody wants fast processing but nobody want to rise thier voices yak haat say tali nahee bajiga see sister no mattar what we write here it is useless cic will apply this 32 months on us anyways they do whatever they wanna do coz we r setting silence and doing nothing my plane was to all afgs all paks who sponsored their spouses from all over the Canada fix time and date make a plane and get together in Ottawa stay there for few days make an appointment and talk to some manister or any body in charge and explain to theme our problems and i am sure when they see too many ppl having same problem things will change right away but u tell me who is ready to do this ??? Nobody coz thier job and their business is more important than their lifes actully i work 7 days a week but i am ready to take off few days and join theme but as i told u already one person cant do anything our ppl is very good in talking that's it so therefore I gave up and kept silent and joining u guys in this waiting game
