Seems like those who applied in 2013 got their original documents back as well as their files were transferred to Islamabad (per ATIP/GCMS notes) as of June, July, & August 2013.

Keep in mind CIC has received money to reduce its processing/backlog time by a year so they are going electronic ... seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel. Let's see what the quarterly updated processing times have in bank.

have u ordered ur notes? my file got transferred at 27th July. have u checked that ur file is in Islamabad for sure? and i got my originals back at 27th july too when according to them my file got transferred to isloo.

I have no idea either why they are transferring the files there...I hope they can process our files quickly as I have gone through remed already and have sent as much proof as possible to show its a genuine case as I'm sure you have done too already. May Allah help us all!

Okay now m scared as well :-X I ordered my notes in jan...got them in feb showing nothing has started. Eligibility is in progress and review required. File status in gcms notes is in progress but on my Ecas it's application received. And notes show that my file is in isloo.

I really don't get it ! Y are they rotating our files all over places? Nothing good came from keeping our files in Ottawa...backlog is still there. What good will London bring? Morons.

timeline is:
applied: march 2012.
stage 1 approved by ottawa pilot project: june 2012.
file transferred to islamabad: june 2013.
remed: november 2013.
waiting for ppr!

I am just trying to figure out if there is a pattern to the london transfers..i think expecting anything logical from cic is asking too much..

Hey...I am just getting curious and worried at the same time ....I've received a letter from CHC via pakistan post for additional forms,RPRF and Re-PCC...the letter was dated as 22nd Jan,2014...almost the same as the date u received ...but u received a request for Remedical on the same date ...can u just explain how did u receive everything except remedical....? Was that a mail or email?
I didnt receive any email for Remedical due to some issues with my email I'd ...I need to figure this out ...thanks ..

I don't know if this helps, I have the exact same dates as yours (17th Aug and 28th September) I got Remed on Jan 30th to my lawyer..and then got another request from RPRF + REPCC + SUPP FORMS also on 30th Jan .. both through same medium to my lawyer (paper mail).

Hmm, your initial application time is almost similar. Mine is:

Applied Jan 2012.
Isb Request Letter for Remedical + RePCC + Resubmission of forms Mid of August 2013.
Got remedical done end of August 2013
Resubmitted PCC for Pakistan and forms Sep 2013
Submitted PCC for a country I resided other than Pakistan Mid October 2013.
Waiting for PPR!

So considering your applied date was 2 months after mine and accordingly your Re-medical was approx 3 months after mine, seems like we are the same group of files belonging to the 'unluckiest' pool nobody wants to touch.

25 months and counting!!!

I actually got my last set of notes in October and it said nothing about London in it .. I'll apply again next month if God forbid I don't hear anything.
