Hahaha. It seems I called the same three agents you did. I don't want to call a fourth time they might say my file is in New Zealand...

You know what i kinda agree.. call centre are useless.. first agent told me my file is in ottawa, second agent told me my file is in islamabad, third agent told me my file is still in Mississauga.

thats prob coz for time being most of 2012 cases have been dumped at ottawa without any progress at all... so it prob gave isl a little elbow room to process a bit...

I have recevied no letter from mississauga...and i submitted my file on June 22, 2012.

I have called the call centre twice now, and they keep telling me..that we are not able to find you in the data base.

I provided them with receipt# and Tracking# of my application....all they have done is send an email to missisauga..which i also have done on september 7th. No response from Missisauga whatsoever.

Does anyone know..how long it takes for mississaga to reply to an email?...or what can i do beside waiting and getting stressed.

I recived a letter from CHC that i am approved as a sponsor and my file is forwarded to islamabad.looks like CHC is speeding up the process for spouse case in islamabad I recived 2 email in a week AOR RECIVED on 15th Sep and 20TH Sep20th approval latter and file being send to islamabad.

Also ON cic site it shows they are processing july 12 applicaion Mine was Aug 10th so i feel that is also not correct on their website .
Now i hope islamabad also speedup the process

Here is my Time Line

wife case applicaion file : August 10
AOR : SEP 15TH
Sponsor Approval and file transfer : Sep 20th

Waiting time starts now

No i recived email from missiassauga.

so they are not following a certain pattern ........ majority people got email from ottawa and some got mail(letter) from mississauga, and now mississauga is also sending email,

according to my findings mississauga has become fast now

bro till they dont send you the sponsor approval letter/email, they wont do anything, its normal procedure, patiently await this step... your file is in a line awaiting its turn to be processed/touched at mississauga... until your file gets a uci number to it, they wont be able to tell you anything on it... we all have gone through the same pain, so dont stress ur self.

dont confuse urself, the letters you got are from cic-miss or cic-o not isl... this is just stage one, and u being approved to sponsor... ur file being transfered means its going to isl (or ottawa) for stage 2, this is when the real test begins of Patience.... when you hear from isl or ottawa that's when ur file gets moving...
