Did u receive additional forms & RPCC request before or after remedical ?

no, we got remed and RPRF request at a same time, CHC returned additional proofs in november-2013.
since no update.
.
well currently CHC is issuing immigration visa only to parents and other family members(brother & sister) application.
they have temporary stopped issuing immigration visa to spouse , its their strategy.......

its getting depressing day by day

Yes IOM Karachi, my husband called them on Monday and got the appointment for Thursday.

hi dear we share the time line just 1 day difference of file tranferring mine is oct 11 2012 n still waiting for remedical mine expired in may 2013. did you ordered notes what the notes says about file transferring to islamabad? are you sponsoring husband?

Wife case. Ordrd notez ,nthng startd .due date of criminality security is of 12.12.2013..

What you wrote above is totally wrong.

All categories are processed at the same time.

Can you please provide concrete evidence to back up that claim where they stopped spousal cases?
I would like to see the source of this claim you made above.

Obviously s/he is wrong, we all have not any idea what is going inside chc but I read a post one member got ppr on 28 jan.

That is false info. There is no such thing as brother and sister applications unless they are dependants ( which there are very few cases of because dependants are usually child of sponsor). Also, they are still working on spouse visas in Islamabad I know because many ppl on this forum reported an advancement in their case in Dec 2013 and end of Jan.

I have the most awesome news to share!.....I almost jumped out of my chair when i checked my ecase... haha... but i'm happy to announce our ecase has been updated to DECISION MADE ..... but we still DO NOT have passport in hand :-\ :-\.... hopefully we receive it by next week... INSHALLAH!

I'm so ecstatic!.... has n e body else's ecase been updated?..... i had stopped relying on ecase since they hadn't even updated it bout receiving remedical results.... which they updated only 2 weeks ago

Best of luck to all....especially all 2011/2010 cases... May we all be united with our spouses soon.... INSHALLAH!
