For those of you who have orderd GCMS notes; when you first order them, they send you an email with a temporary tracking number and says that they will send you another tracking number once the request is registered. I ordered my notes mid december and haven't heard anything back....is this normal? Do they just not send the second tracking number? :/ Or should I get in contact with them?

So my question is can a persons canadian citizenship be withheld bcz that person has sponsored the spouse...or these r two separate cases processed completely separate

No, you can do that together. My wife had applied for citizenship too and after an year, she sponsered me. When I used to check her eCas, both the status; of Citizenship and Spousal sponser used to be appeared separately. Now, she got the nationality a couple of moths before. Now still her status of citizenship is beong shown as "Completed. In short, both are purely separate issues there is no problem in doing them side by side. They don't effect each other at all.

Can anyone advise after Decison Made on E-cas, does spouse address has to be changed to Canadian Address? is this a Must thing or people got Passport back with Pakistan Address on E-cas?

Hmm,yeah my husbands ecas shows them separately as well but its only his citizenship thats been delayed otherwise all the other family members have received so i thought this might be the reason..thank u so much waise i hope i hear something from the sleeping beauties of chc

Its normal, you will get it soon if you have completed the request forms. My was missing some stuff on the 28th day they asked me to submit that and when I did that they sent me the gcms notes after 3 days. so total of about 31 or 32 days.

No, you don't really need to update them in this issue. When they open your file, they will automatically update this info. Order notes after April of 2014 and check if this issue has been resolved. That will give you a better idea

bro.... just make sure u follow the guide they have online.... make sure to go through it line by line.... n don't miss anything..... its very important u have a complete application or ur file will be delayed..... they may even reject ur file outright.... if that happens u will not b able to apply for sponsorship nor immigration for the rest of ur life.... don't give these guys to put u on their black list!

I am going Canada and i would like to know that do i need to make list of item which i am going to bring later on in Canada?
and how i can write that list of item on plain paper? kindly advice me and also how much money cash i can keep with me? is there
any limit? kindly advice me ASAP.

Yes, it is advisable to write a list of expensive/important things you are bringing in with you to Canada. If you are bringing gold, it is recommended to have a jeweler do a certified evaluation. The rest you can just print it out an a paper.

Regarding money that can be brought in/out of any country at the moment is at $10,000 CAD. If you carry more than that then you will have to declare it to Revenue Canada.

AOA, I was very busy at work for the last 2 weeks and never got a chance to look at the Application status online. Today I logged on to check it out for status of my hubby's application and guess what!!!!!!!!

Should i wait for them to ask or should i just go for a rukhsati?

I would advise to do Rukhsati without waiting for a query from them as that would only prolong the process.

There are still families who because of their ignorance would keep on insisting to wait for PR to do a rukhsati without knowing that this may actually prolong the process.
