Hey Guys,

Just wanted to let you know I am Aug 2012 and still havent heard anything.

Please let me know if anyone from July 2012 or Aug 2012 has heard anything?

Can't really predict when you will get remedical. I remember, my spouse got her remedical after 8 months from expiry date. No idea, why it took that long, i guess it depends on visa officers mood.

My medical will get expired in 25 January 2014, so what you guys think, when they well send me re-medical request????

At times, they are working on that criteria, but don't change the main headings (for whatever reason). The number "1" (from what i have learned reading gmcs notes forums) means passed or satisfactory. Maybe they didn't get around doing the whole things just completed or checked some parts. It's like ecas, for some people there are updates and for other (such as me) it hasn't changed since day 1.

but under every criteria it says not started.. but it has some sub actiivties and 1 written beside the main headings.. any idea ??

Allhamdulillah I got response from Islamabad, They didn't asked for Remed(Exempt) they asked me to apply my son citizentship and send them filled these following forms and also send PCC

Let me explain my situation, I applied in 2008 and went back to Pakistan to meet my wife and son and stayed there for three 3 years and in between chc lost my file and blamed me(I was Citizen at this point), I applied again in 2012 July so in total three medicals are done already and in my last GCMC notes in Nov 26,2013(Email rcv date) it says Medical exempt based on EDE (Allah knows best) so now they sent me response today email rcvd around 730 am Calgary time.

Sad part is, in 2008 processing time was 6 months.

Last medical expired date according to GCMC notes is July 2013.

One more news, My roommate's wife got passport with visa on Dec 20 2013 after three weeks of sending passport. Rukhsati case date applied Aug 2011. His wife coming on 23 Jan in sha Allah. Second Med still valid till 20 Jan 2014

Visit visa doesn't affect the timeline procedure. Doesn't increase or decrease your time.
