CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

By th grace of Almighty Allah My wife gave birth to a baby girl last week.
Now I would like to apply for my daughter's proof of citizenship Certificate.
I have been a Canadian Citizen since 2008 and I have applied for my spouse Permanent Residence Visa and she did not get her PR Visa yet.
I would like to know
Should I apply for my daughter's Proof of Citizenship Certificate in Canada or in Islamabad?
If I apply in Canada how long does to take and what documents should send them?
If I apply in Islamabad how long does it take and what documents should I send them?

Please help me guys and I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

Does anyone knows how long it takes for the 1st step (ASSESSMENT OF SPONSOR)....The website states 27 days...is it 27 days the day i sent my application??
Any feed back will be highly appreciated.

At times it can take a little longer. Give it some time, your approval email or post will arrive. Delays can occur.

Thanks for replying brother but does the count down starts from the day they receive application?? In my case it was 26th September.

yes, cic-Mississauga will conduct their time when application is registered in their system...

Brother its not clear, let me give you an example:

My case Application Recieved 11 July, 2012 First date
AOR Recieved 24 Sept, 2013 Second Date
Aproval Letter Recieved 29 Nov, 2013 Third Date

After these above mentioned dates no contact and according to the forum they contact you around one year time and here its over one year and my third date is coming in NOV and if I recieved anything in November then this means they are contacting one year after you recieve approval letter.

its from the day they receive but its usually done earlier than their timeline

idk where you getting your dates from. Ill simplify it for you. I applied Oct 23 2012 and received my sponsorship approval letter in the mid of nov which also stated that the file is going to Islamabad. MY eligibility check is due by tht date, so its highly likely they will contact me after that. so if you have already crossed one year apply for GCMS notes, they will give you a clear picture about your file

two days back CHC-I recieved my remed+supplementary forms+police clearance....does anyone have an idea dat how much time they take to send me ppr???

Hey you and I share the same timeline, my application was received on Dec 21,2011and you're so lucky you've already had a remed request..I'm still waiting for that. Inshallah you'll get your PPR soon. Glad to know that the strike is finally over!
