i m so happy to see kay 2012 cases r being done within 15 to 18 months at average. i m hoping that for us the 2013 applicants it goes same way or even quicker.
one thing i noticed it bcoz i appplied in feb 2012, and we always missed sth in our file so Mississauga remained in touch with us at quiet regular basis n kept asking us for missing stuff.. i hope my file is all complete now and they can transfer it to isl. or wherever n i can go to canada by next summer inshALLAH.

Asalaam MAlikum,

Someone called from isl to talk with my wife and she missed the call. Now she has submitted her passport on june 25/2013 waiting for pp back with visa, question is, should she i be worried that they r calling my wife. If anyone knows something in this reguard please help.


ISL still have not called my wife, should i be worried that they have not called back.

We had our wedding party with scores of pictures of the ceremony, we submitted all pre-wedding skype pictures and also the pics of our wedding ceremony alongside our application, then in october, 2012 i voluntarily sent emails of each month with skype pictures of our post-wedding ongoing relationship to CHC-I via courier service, finally in june I got re-med and now through post i got my ppr, hope all of you hear good news from CHC-I soon,

I applied in May 2011 for FSW1 and submitted all the doc of my wife but kept her unaccompanied by not submitting her fee.(She was having her studies). I got Medicals in Sep 2012, and my wife along with my new born daughter also went through their Medical examinations. She completed her graduation at the end of 2012, and I requested Visa office to let me add her up in my application for FSW. I sent a couple of detailed inquiries mentioning my situation and request but the VO never replied to my email, and now I got PPR in July, 2013. I have sent my PP to London.

My question is

As I have submitted each and every doc relating to my wife and daughter to the Visa office like, Birth Cert,Educational cert, Marriage Reg Cert, Family Reg Cert, PP copies, babies PP copies, PCCs, even my wife had a re med due to any medical confusion.

Will the process to sponsor my family later on from CA will be shorter or not?

How much money should we have to have in my possession/Bank Account to sponsor my wife and kids?

Can I sponsor them and come back to them after it in PK to be with them?

What are other prerequisites to call my family e.g. good job, apartment, bank balance?

I am really new on this subject please enlighten me, even if u can reply any single query.

Salam to everyone. My spousal application is processing in Mississauga and I also applied for my TRV last month on 10th june to visit my wife BUT I'm still waiting for CHC Islamabad response. And My TRV case situation is that I have to come back on 2nd september to continue my study as I have to complete my last semester of MBA and I told CHC that I will comeback in any case to complete my MBA. Is there any chance to receive TRV visa in my situation?

yes.. when u have onlye last semister to go before graduation there are high chance to get TRV becoz they will trust u that u will be back..

Yes throught DHL Service Courier and sent it to Canadian High Commission Islamabad

Unfortunatly, there is no chance of coming in contact with an officer to discuss your case. They don't allow citizen's anywhere close to embassy due to threats and security reason, unless you have a connections or valid reasons. Spousal discussion is a weak reason. Sorry it couldnt be better.

Hi All,

I email Ottawa to get an update and I got the generic reply that file is in process bla bla bla.

I finally got my GCMS notes yesterday as well. I am not sure what are the key things to look for. So any senior memeber if you can help it will be much appreciated.

Under Assessments:
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started
Medical: Passed - Expired

So I am not sure if anything has been started or not. There is a due date under Eligibility which is exactly one year from the AOR. Does anyone know what is that for?
