I have a question and would need a source as well to confirm my query; my query is:

My husband has PR and now he is in Canada to apply for my case. Does he need to stay till we get AOR of my file? or he can come back after applying my case?

i would personally suggest that your husband stays in Canada.

you can check out "khtaana" posts...his wife got refusal letter because husband did not stay in Canada...y take a chance rite

Yaaar i do hijab and i ended up sending 2 photos without hijab .. but my hair dont show that much lol .. when my dad applied for immigration i wasnt a hijabi at tht time.. lol

I am still waiting for any news. According to my Lawyer and MP when i checked with them in November 2012, they said that they are doing a backroung check. So i guess i am in 2nd stage process.

You can wear hijab it doesn't matter. Your life, CHC/CIC shouldn't control the way you dress. (Its your right).

I guess niqab they wouldn't like LOL.

A canadian citizen, who was living in pakistan while sponsering her husband came to canada to give birth.

Canadian authorites stated that she is not allowed to leave Canada for more than six months or she will lose medical rights for her and her child (Free medical in Canada).

She went back to pakistan with baby, and came back to canada little over six months. Canadian medical care on willing to provide free medical treatment (they said to pay for it).

They also put her husband file on hold.



Jason Kenny and Conservative government not willing to pay medical, pension and other facilites to people who live outside the country and use canadian benefits.
