Well after reading this forum I realized that people send some very private stuff with their files, like their chats and messages I was wondering if this is required by CIC or people just send it voluntarily.
I am not comfortable sending any of my private stuff and will not send it with my application.

Well it all depends upon you and the nature of relationship. You send solid and sufficient proofs with your case so that CIC does not bother you again to send more proofs. Your privacy is between you and your VO and they DO NOT publish your file. So by putting something aside by thinking about privacy might put DELAYS in your case. Your case must be solid, correct, and complete and there MUST be correlation in your answers on the forms.

I sponsored my spouse (Wife Case).. Applied Feb 25 ,2014 .. file transfered to LVO directly on (May 06,2014) and the first medical request came on (JAN 05,2014)..

The letter says:

( These medical instructions are being issued since your application has been processed to the stage
where medical examination results are now required. Please read these instructions carefully.
IMPORTANT: You are required to undergo the medical examinations within 30 days of the date of this
letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application.)

Is it normal letter for first time medical request or is it mean I can expect ppr 1 and/or ppr2 request soon???

I submitted my passport on 11 Dec 2014 to ISB and yet I have not received it back, I only shared yesterday TCS numbers, thank you, I hope that you get your passport back soon.

In wish city his med was done? You might have that form sent by CIC to your husband for remed, there is a barcode on that. See that form again and you may send that to your IOM to fetch his data.

here is my timeline

applied july-2012
sponsorship approved september-2012
2nd medical in jan-2014
decision made on 01-december-2014

it,s been 29 months since i applied for sponsorship of my wife. i have lovely son of 18 months old he got his Canadian passport already. but i am still waiting for passport request ever since decision made. it,s been more than one month decision is made.

Wait for one more week and then ask your MP to send inquiry to your VO

Waiting for my husband now .. 24 months of this cruel process has come to an end .. Thanx to all members n specially the ones who have been really handy like handsup n Omni2012 ( rest i dont remember the names sorry)

how would I know which one is my tracking number.... is it going to be the same tracking number as we were given when we were sending the passport
