i also did same but there reply didnt help me ... no doubt he tried hard but at the end he said that my file is done and they will ocntact me in few weeks .... i was aware of that through nptes and status change.. so nothing new info

Alhumdulillah Alhumdulillah Alhumdulillah. Finally after 29 months, today I got passport request2. I am truly feeling Blessed and I wish and pray for all my brothers and sisters who are going through this tough time to get their Visas as soon as possible AAMEEN.

can you please tell me why you got rejected??? and what questions did they asked in the interview???

That's not important I had very specific reason based on my case. However, if you have an interview I would highly recommend you to order GCMS notes and see why they have put you for an interview if you have not already done so. This will give you an idea what type of question officer will be asking you.
I don't remember if it was you or some one else asked if they should take the photo album. They do not see any of the document that you might be bringing at least that is what happened in my case.

That's not important I had very specific reason based on my case. However, if you have an interview I would highly recommend you to order GCMS notes and see why they have put you for an interview if you have not already done so. i wish if they were gonna refuse they should have done that a lot sooner, at least could appeal & get it over with.i have seen couples getting refused even when wife is pregnant.i know anothe case where DNA test was done. It's simply ridiculous what CIC can do.

Still not in Canada ... waiting for PP to return ... its been 3 weeks since they have my husband's PP even after I received email that visa is ready to issue. Freaking lazy asses are all in Islamabad embassy.

i received Re Medical request 25th November 2014..

Any idea how long is it gonna take for the passport request after the remedical?

yea, it's punjabbies(sikh to be exact who did such unreal stuff) but 2 points that come in my mind.
1 doesn't it surprise you that Indians(which mostly are Sikhs coming to Canada) get their passport with visa stamped a lot quicker than pakistanies?
2 should everyone be treated with doubts from the beginning just because of a few bad apples(extreme cases).
Isn't canadian justice system based on the idea of proving someone criminal BEYOND ANY reasonable doubt?
That's why I always say CIC does all this only because they know they can.
