Plz tell me which documents am i supposed to take to the salsi council to get it made?
Do i have to go personally?
Charges? and how long will they take to make it?

Get your things ready. And if you feel that you may fall behind the given time limit, you may provide them with whats ready and tell them that you will provide further documents till ___ whatever time you think you can give everything.

I applied in March 2013 and file transferred to LVO on June 19th 2014. The status of application is Decesion made. Bt the status was same before the file transferred to LVO. Now 3 months passed and there is no communication from LVO. Till now I did not RCv remedical request. What u people think?

Sponsorship status is decision made or permenant residence status??

Yes go personally because this wont delay things at your part.
Take cnic, original nikah nama.
1000 Rs fee for normal delivery. for urgent i dont actually remember.
Its on the same road where green houses and nurserys are, H-9 sector if i am not wrong.

No delivery means they will extract it for you from Nadra. You will have to pick it up.
I think last year it took 4 to 6 days. This year i again got another copy on urgent basis and it took 2 days.

yes i will fall behind because those people who issues birth certificates they told us that it will take 6 8 weeks..
other then that i need marriage certificate. else is ready.

Seriously !!! they cant understand the logic that NADRA generates new ID card and Passport with changed marital status only for registered marriages....

They will ask for it eventually because it consists of a seal with which your marriage is registered in Nadra and this actually is a solid proof of a marriage. Now a days only nikah nama does not work wether its urdu or english. The best idea is to fill out both english and urdu nikah nama and signed at the time of wedding. This will reduce the hastle of translation and attestation bla bla

And honestly the passport office is a mess. Its much easier to get marriage certificate rather than renewing passport :S

Not necessarily everybody updates their id card and passport after marriage. I applied with my old passport and it is still valid so i dont want to get myself into an extra useless effort when all i can do is to get a document which can prove the authenticity of marriage.

I think they should change their names on facebook/twitter and do not do an extra effort which is not required.
Even when i applied for umrah, the marriage certificate did all the work so its quite convinient actually.

If they have so much spare time to visit these forums...why dont they spend it completing our visa process in a timely manner....

Its CIC Immigration Canada and SCIS and R.C.M.P who go over the forums....
