While filling the consent from does both person had to signature or that person who is applying for it

Only the applicant (which if I remember is your husband in Pakistan)needs to sign it. Try to understand this way: Your husband is giving you consent to get information from cic on his behalf.

Folks,
I got remed & repcc request on May 08 from LVO and did the remed on May 14 and remainder forms were received on May 30 by LVO. After that ,nothing is happening and They are not sending the PPR . Do I request the GCMS or wait for another month ?

Our remed was done pretty close. I got the request on may 7 and got it done on may 12. Did they ask for repcc and schedule A?
