when i emailed Ottawa center they told me that my file is going through the required assessment process..what does that mean?

so when the file is in process the status is: in process or what?

At the very beginning, u will see last update date, this is when they last reviewed ur file.
(For my notes) In the client section, eligibilityassed, medicalassed, criminalityassed, and security in process, So I know my file is just waiting for background checks.

At the very end u will see notes, this part is imp. If ur file has been reviewed, u will see notes from the officer saying something about your relationship or your personal profile.

There is no form for that you need to call to IOM if you are in Pakistan and get the appointment. So simple.
