Hello everyone,
I emailed London office on 4th April to inquire if my file is transferred to London.
After 10 days on 14th april i got their reply as :

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Based on the information you provided, your application is not in process at our office in London, UK.

Please contact the visa office where your application was sent with any proof of receipt you may have received regarding this application. We regret that we cannot assist applicants with an application in process at a different visa office. Please contact the Islamabad visa office via islamabad-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca.

We tried to apply for ext from within canada last year but we got only 2 months ext she had to go back to pak to fulfill exit req for visitor visa. On visitor visa u are at the mercy of the cbsa officier on how long you can stay in canada. Her US visa was also refused last year. And we need visa to visit any country on Pak passport. I tried work permit it was refused. Now i am thinking of study permit but nervous they will reject it also. Any one succeded with study permit after applying for PR?

I am losing hope now no way out of this misery. She will have to go back to pak soon very expensive to continue this trend. We spent so much money to keep my wife status valid but we are paying a huge cost emitionally and financially. Mps and canadian gov doesn't care

I saw one case in this forum where one wife got study permit when her pr was underprocess
But dnt u think its much more expensive
In ontario international students fees are so high
Only allah knows when this suffering ll b over

Read the last line of the email again
Is it contact islamabad?
Or is it contact Ottawa ?

I received my notes and nothing! they haven't even received my additional documents I sent voluntarily, of my visit to my husband in JANUARY 30 this is nuts. should i email the documents to new Delhi? I already emailed it to ISB in march 10 but it didn't show that in the notes.

my case is open and in progress, but nothing about receiving my additional documents!! im so frustrated. i just emailed new delhi and added the document (google drive link) attached to the email.

did u check incoming/outgoing?
I sent my docs in sept to Ottawa .. they sent to Isb and they updated the status in Jan .. so yaaa

Don't waste money on study permit. With refusal of work permit, she will probably get refused for the study permit as CIC will think she is just trying to get to Canada.

I suggest you go to friendlier countries with your wife, there are many places in the world which are still easier. Pakistani wife with Canadian husband should make it easier for the wife to obtain non-western visas (hopefully)
You can try Middle East, or try the South East Asian countries which are cheaper as well. There are packages which you can avail which also solve visa issues. Do not try Canada/USA if previous attempts have been rejected.

Places like Dubai, Doha, Malaysia, Thailand, etc should be better....but you'll have to take leave from job to go there...Canadian TRV is the hardest to get these days, for all nationalities who require a visa for travel to Canada.
