hello!

just wanted to take opinion.....i and hubby is planing to meet in Dubai in mid of may....i am concerned in a mean while if i will get ppr then what i will do...need some good advice...thanks...could i delay to send it till end of may.....seriously we couldn't make any plans some time i feel like stuck .....because nobody is sure when they are gonna get ppr....ALLAH pak knows better....

you will get 30 days to submit ur passport from the date of latter issued.

I got an email on January 2nd 2014 for additional documents and police certificate and sent every thing to Islamabad on January 16th, 2014. After 3 months I got an email from London, England today that I should send my wife's documents and police certificate again to london office as they did not receive these documents from Islamabad. Now that they are processing my file i have to send them again. I do not understand what the hell they are doing. They cant even share documents properly.

My Time line: (wife case)

Application filed: April 26, 2012
AOR: July 24, 2012
Additional document request: Jan 2nd, 2014 (Islamabad)
Additional document request: April 15, 2014 (London, England)

This is anything but a green signal for you atleast they're working on your case

I emailed London office on 4th April to inquire if my file is transferred to London.
After 10 days on 14th april i got their reply as :

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Based on the information you provided, your application is not in process at our office in London, UK.

Please contact the visa office where your application was sent with any proof of receipt you may have received regarding this application. We regret that we cannot assist applicants with an application in process at a different visa office. Please contact the Islamabad visa office via islamabad-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca.

same thing happen to me. chc-i ask for additional document on 24 dec 2014. i order notes and found out that they have wrong passport no and expiry date so i wrote back to atip they send me a complaint forum. on 15 april 2014 london email me that chc-i did not send them additional documents so i should send them additional document but they didn't ask for pcc.

as i observed the threads of UK applicants ..london office will send us remedicals n ppr after 5 to 6 months and on average they finalize each case around 9 to 10 months 8)

Based on that, it seems like this is good news as everything seems clear on background checks.
