Hi I will suggest u to transfer your file from your current visa office to Dubai visa office.you give the application for transfer of file and give the reason your family is moving to Dubai and you are moving too.they will consider this for sure.

I have applied for my spouse trv last year but rejected
Due to insufficient finances,lack of travel history
Weak ties to home country

Now i wish to try again but with as much changes as possible
1.my spouse was jobless before now i m showing her job since sep 2013
Also attaching her job letter

2.letter of sponsor from her father with his job letter bank statement, property evalution paper, saving account
balance (before i was sponsor and i submitted my bank statement + t4 + jobletter)

3.invitation letter by me (but i dnt know how to explain her home ties and bindings at job ? )
reached on the last para but dnt knw how to write this part...

4.she wrote a cover letter before but now we decided not to right a cover letter but make invitation letter complete one

5.before it was paper app now applying online
6. Multiple entry now before it was single


Now please can someone guide me wat else should i do???
And most important question

Should i write that i have applied before and it was rejected
Or how can i cover the rejection reasons or should i ignore it all

here is the thing you can send them reservation of you ticket. if you apply for the certificate you can get that in 6 to 8 months from isb. if you apply for the passport after the certificate you will get 5 years valid passport in 20 working days for 100$ and for 2 years you have to pay 75$.

Who offers the best fare for Dubai?

Don't know about best rates but emirates is good. The a380 is spacious plane so it'll be a comfortable ride plus it'll be nonstop.

Qatar doesn't fly from Toronto. You have to catch the flight from Montreal. I've flown etihad, PIA and emirates to LHE and in my experience, emirates topped all. It's a bit expensive but overall a good experience.

I just don't trust PIA and their planes. Etihad's service was pretty bad the last time I used them. With emirates their yyz to DXB leg is good as the plane is very spacious making for a comfortable ride.

I book directly from their website except for PIA I went through a travel agent.

if you apply certificate and passport at same time i think they gave u 2 years passport.
AW23 i think i send you the information page about the passport which was given to me by chc isb. on that information page the also ask for the original air ticket but i gave them reservation and it work.

Rather than using TRV, some people are also going to other countries with their wives for sightseeing, spending time, etc.

It's easier to get visas of some other countries, and having entry/exit stamps and visas in passports also increases credibility. Then it's much better chance of getting Canadian TRV. Some people try Dubai, or Malaysia, etc for tourism with their Pakistani spouses before trying USA/Canada visit visas.

Hi..could you please clarify this for me...I'm kind of confused regarding this process. If your child is born in Pakistan then you should immediately apply for a temporary passport? So is that passport going to be Pakistani or Canadian? And then apply for the Citizenship certificate after we get to Canada?
