Guys what does it mean if my file was never transferred anywhere n has been sitting in isl since day one

Hi,
Just got GCMS notes........... and nothing will heppen since applied in aug 2012
sitting in london office and status shows on GSMC notes is in process......... but never showed on cic website.
GCMS Notes says.
Assesment: NOT STARTED

I am confused what the hell they are doing with our files...........

The medical usually expires before the interview or while they process the case! Only when the Visa Officer is satisfied that the relationship is 100% Genuine will they decide to renew Medical In Sha Allah......

Agree.. Because some people get remed and ppr together

GCMS notes will not tell you how much time is left but you can check for mistakes and current status of your file. Also in the notes section you will see the visa officer remarks which are usefull. The website is useless never updates there until after decisionis made so notes are more detailed.

and secondly plz apply it directly thru consulate or embassy within ur country not the sydney nova scotia office in canada. they will process it in more than a year. if u hv any question u can personal message me.

You see, the process to obtaining a Citizenship Certificate is always been more than a year. The trick is to apply for the passport at the same time of the newborn. Thereby, the child will be able to travel as the certificate is in process. So the child doesn't need to wait...

Temporary passport is not an issue at all
By the time i got my visa i can apply for her passport on urgent basis. Bt certificate applying within canada takes more than a year n half. + temp passport is nt valid after ur child is 2
