Hello , i dont know how this thing workz , but i read some posts and itz related to my problem too, i sponsored my spouse from isalamand about 22 months a go and still waiting, My local MP told me my file suppose to be reviewed about 5 months ago by Visa officer but unfortunately am still waiting , its been soooooooo long of waiting , is there any way to speed up the process. thankz

At which stage your application process is ? Did you get re-medical call from CHC or not yet ? Also is it a complete marriage case with Rukhsati or a Nikkah only case ?

Yes ! there is significant difference in timeline. Complete marriage cases are completed more quickly than Nikkah only cases.

Bro ! its not about having a big or small ceremony. The VOs usually want Rukhsati, Walima & other Post Wedding Pictures like Pictures taken on honeymoon & other such events. They also see if the bride & groom have lived together or not after marriage. For proof of relation you also need to send other related documents like copy of airline tickets & Boarding passes + Entry / Exit stamps, Gifts / Parcel Slips, Chat / Phone (Call) History, Email History, Money Transfer Slip(s) [very important] etc.

Its always best to send all these things before initial review. Trust me, It will save you a handsome amount of time. Best of luck & please remember me in your prayers. Thanks

It says: We started processing application
on October 21, 2013.

My hubby's passport was received at CIC ISLAMABAD
by Ahmed today.

Thanks a lot Sister,
I feel weird because I'm sooooo not used to seeing changes from CIC on my hubby's case.
I always saw others getting visa and mail from CIC.
It feels bizarre moving to the next phase because I'm so used to waiting..
I just pray that CIC hurries up in granting Visa to all those who have been waiting since
2011.

btw do any one know about after how long the re-medical expires my mo told me that it take 6 months . that is m re-med also going t be expired n dec this year.... ne comments will be appreciated
