it should be a pdf document about 40 pages long. it should give you all the information of you, your spouse, about your medicals, security, relation and stuff like that. did you really apply for gcms notes?

dear afghan 0123;
No need to worry about medical , they will take care of it, my husband's medical was update on ecas after about a week from date it was received in new delhi.
with regards to forms, same was for my husband the link they wrote is wrong, so I printed forms from part3 of application specific to afghanistan supplemantry forms, because I thought that made better sense.

yeah my wife told me i was sure that is wrong then i taught they mentioned the same link that is not my mistake, so my wife sending the correct afghan national form by today and also will write a letter the reason.
i hope it wont make any problem.

Can somebody tell me that, who is the MP for Scarborough? How can I contact him/her? Do I have to pay for MP? Is it a good decision to talk to a MP? I mean talking with the MP would put a positive impact or a negative impact to my case? please guide me.

talking to MP is sometime usefull otherwise useless,,,and i think its to early to contact ur MP ,,after viewing ur timeline he will mostl likly say that wait for one year,,coz u have sent ur applicantion just 8 months ago

Hi guys i applied for ATIP a month ago
today i got an email from CIC
all i got is application to sponsor form back which i filled in
it has application id , package and type information
and there is stamp on page one it says documents are recieved march 12,2012??
is that all we suppposed to recieved???
what's happening with my case ??

Did you file for electronic notes or physical file?
By the sound of it, it seems you got physical file...

Contact ATIP by email and verify what they have sent.

Salam Watandare Gul Dear AKR.

Hope all is well with family and love once, Let me share couple of things with you to make this process as painless as possible and prepare you mentally for what is coming next, I have been there and still waiting for finishing line on this game, I am on my 25th month of waiting and running and done everything on my power to get results. this is the out come :

No Lawyer, No MP cant do nothing for you except Lawyer will charge you tons of money every step of the way and MP will give you empty promises, quite frankly Visa officers are Federal officers that they will decide pretty much on case, they dont give (F) to MP or Lawyer the only thing they do to respond to them quicker instead of responding to you in a month or two that is it. the only advise that I have for you or other form members reading this post is send supporting documents to either CPPO -Ottawa where pretty much all Afghan and Pak National cases are held for year or longer and than get transfer to CHC, so either way to get the case out of possible interview and start ordering GCMS notes after a year of submission of application its hit and mess some time you can have some useful info there to see where your case is progressing positively or negatively, based on info provided some time you dont get anything since they have not really work on it even after year. so keep ordering it every 3 months apart to see what is going on. that is the only way you can find the activity on the case first hand. its not going to impact your case what so ever.

please be advised that pretty much all the cases is divides to two category: Straight forward cases or Complex Red Flag once

Straight forward Cases examples are: First marriage, full wedding with all supporting documents from Pictures to Boarding pass, not too much age difference , mostly wife cases with low security concerns on background checks and no previous history of refusal visa to Canada or US that include all types visa based on information exchange between US and Canada. no health issue and no complication security checks.

Complex or Red flag Cases : second marriage, Nikah cases without full wedding, lack of supporting documents, refusal histroy of Visa or previous dealings with CIC, Age difference, Health or security concern specially if the applicant has a Military, intelligence or Gov positions or political involvement to particular party and the list goes on.

if your case is smooth and sample you are in and out of process with in 16 to 18 moth it can be even sooner 12 to 14 sometime when you are lucky.

if your case is complex it will take up 24 moths or more unless you satisfied there concern to get approved or refusal to go to trial that includes no response cases or failed to comply with request with in the time frame or the reasons mention above.

this is how there filter system works from what I have seen, now this process sometime changes and that can increase or decrease the process timing Example : recent strike
