Senior members have a urgent question.

My wife received a remed/rePCC/PPR last week.
The earliest medical date my wife is getting from IOM is September 2nd but in the forms it says that

The Passport and PCC need to be sent within 45 days.
The Medical needs to be done in 60 days
And one of the forms state that the Passport should not be submitted before the medical

What should I do? Should I submit the passport and rePCC asap and then just wait for the medical? because in this case my medical will be submitted ~15 days - 1 month after the passport is submitted.

MP means Member Of Parliament like MNA (Member Of National Assembly) in Pakistan.
Just Google MP of your area and you'll get his address just go to him and ask him for the status of your visa OR you can apply for GCMS Notes.

If your case is still in interview que, then it is not a very good sign. You guys should must have sent lots and lots of relationship proof like your photos together, communication proofs like phone bill and etc. If you have Western Union receipts send all of this stuff to CHC Islamabad.

I am sponsoring my wife and two kids from Peshawar, Pakistan.
Kindly guide me do I have to fill the Pakistan National forums in Appendix A like Residency Questionnaire and etc.

Also can some senior members guide me how to fill the sponsor evaluation 5481 forum.

I have 2 kids and wife so in 5.A) Current Undertaking will be 3 or 1?
and Question No 7. Total Number of persons in 4,5 and 6 above would be 4 include me.
I never sponsored someone before and never married, first marriage and first sponsorship.

Do i have to mention them in the back as well of this forum?

thank u for reply me bro its true i heard from chc islamabad 17 january 2013 our case in interview Que but i send them lot of stuff including western union slips and when she visit to me every thing send there , and now just waiting for any reply from chc Islamabad we r tired very much now ,,so plz tell me if i need too meet MP from pakistan or canada then plz help me thanks again

Cant she go to Lahore n get it done? Lots of doctors there she will easily get an appointment
