do i need to fill b4 form as i would not importing anything to canada im just carrying my stuff clothes , handbags, shoes n jewlery along with me ....so does i need to fill b4 forms or i jus take my stuff with me....or should i make list for my own convience n sake please guide

I am just wondering what have you submitted in those 5 months ....does anyone thing if it is a good idea for me to change my last name in my documents ... and send this as an update to them ... as they doubt if my marriage is real ? if anyone has more ideas please provide ... thanks

Salam tell me something has any of your family members written letters on your behalf to state that you are both Happily married. Canahe name if you like but its a long process. One to do maybe put his name on the apartment, phone, gas, electricity and anything else In Sha Allah. Then this proves he will be living with you. You will have to give all his identification. I think all this may help In Sha Allah. Oh I pray you get out of all this soon In Sha Allah. May Allah bless you both In Sha Allah

1- Do you what it means: Primary: N or Y. Under Paper file.... before 2013 Primary was "N" and then after 2013 they changed it to "Y"
2- Another thing I noticed is that Under Notes I have latest notes from April 02 2013 but Under application assignment some thing was due on may 11 2013. but they don't mention what it was in the notes

Sorry for the late reply. I was caught up in something yesterday. I do not know what primary means. Maybe the file just got shifted from one department to the next.

That's the problem I am running in to. I did visit my husband twice and provided both visit information ... I am again keeping all the documents, chats etc... but since they say that they are not sure if my marriage is real ... I can't go back and do the marriage again so how can I convince them that it is a real marriage??

You can convince them by sending proof of ongoing relationship such as e-mails, chat history, text messaging, sending gifts to each other, skype, facebook, etc.

Remember to give precedence to variety over quantity. Don't send a 500-page thick package. For example, send only 2-3 e-mails from each of the last 6-7 months, 2-3 pages of chat history for each month, etc. When did you last visit him? Start with pictures from that visit (10-15 pictures should be enough but include family pictures as well) and don't worry if you have already sent that proof. Send it again, along with proof of ongoing relationship since that last visit. Once you have sent this proof order GCMS notes again and see the reaction from VO.
