You should remember that once your are in interview queue there is no harm in being a little aggressive in sending them additional documents. In my case I sent them additional documents 3 times over the course of 5 months to get out of it.

I also took the advice of a consultant before sending the documents and made sure that I particularly address the reason for being in interview queue in the first place.

You mentioned you send additional document 3 times over 5 months .... I am just wondering what have you submitted in those 5 months ....does anyone thing if it is a good idea for me to change my last name in my documents ... and send this as an update to them ... as they doubt if my marriage is real ? if anyone has more ideas please provide ... thanks

I talked to my MP and he says I can't do much at this point and just wait for the interview call.... I don't understand why all these ppl are so lazy and don't want to do anything..

I have to accept that most people on this form have correct information and knowledge about the processes... perhaps more than MP/lawyers....For example my lawyer never encouraged me to request for GCMS but after coming to this form I realized I should... at least it will give me clear picture of what is going on with the case.... and it did...
so even though I am still waiting and struggling with my case I would like to say sincere thank you to those who reply to my questions especially Ezee, Farhan1

and deep apologize if I have ever said anything that was hurtful and I know I did especially R.Mujgani and micmac101 ... Please extremely sorry again....

but no one takes it to heart, becuz we are all on da same boat... sometimes wen we say something it comes out in a different direct, then wat we intent to say.

I think u should send in proof of ur relationship once more, becuz it will help, like Farhan send it in 3 times, i also send it 3-4 times as well, every time i visited i send proof from Pakistan to show im there n leaving n wen i came back send again that im in Canada working again n etc...lmao they asked for ma copy of passport, visa, flight ticket 5 times lol and i send it in every time.
and write a very good cover letter wen u r sending ur proof that too is a help.


but most importantly PRAY REALLY HARD FOR ALLAH SWT TO HELP YOU. HE IS THE ONLY WAKIL AND HELPER ANYONE OF US NEED. Hold the Quran e pak in ur hands and pray for Allah swt to help you. Trust me Allah swt will not disappoint you, He will make ways for you, and helps you that you dont even see it coming. I cried ma eyes out and begged Allah swt to help and 3 days letter ma ecase went to IN PROCESS and two weeks later ma husband got remed.

Did you ever think why they don't believe your relationship is not genuine?

If you deep think maybe there are could be weak points in your application such as Your Lawyer did mistake when she fill up you application, age deference some kind of dates not matching like nikah date, rukhsati date timing or your pictures not telling enough story of your marriage could be something try to think.

Like in my application they have reason to put my application in interview queue. Because my wife changes her name 2 day before our Nikah and they don't believe her id is genuine. (So, I Clear that doubt by taking my wife to trip outside Pakistan that travel make them believe her id is genuine so our relationship)

Dear, at this stage rather than changing name not a good idea don't make harder for you. There is only way you can try visit to your husband and stay longer as much you can. Go to Dubai or such places with your husband show you guys have honeymoon send them proof of visit. like I did two visit to my wife in last 23 month sense we submit application each one was 5 month longer also we tripe to outside Pakistan together which make them to believe our relationship are reel.
6 week after sending last proof of :-* Kissing :-* lol and my visit to Pakistan as well our visit together outside Pakistan by the grace of Allah they issue us PPR+PPC+ remed.
Just trust on Allah you will hear good news one day don't take too much stress I know this is hard.

You should not reference your GCMS notes to visa OV. becuse he is not the only one who write in GCMS notes.
