Good question but if you wait they will change it in a blink of an eye lol.
But I think once CHC gets it at date of application but don't quote me on this as I'm not 100% sure maybe Leon can give you a clear answer

As much as I've always known, the 29 months are counted from the time the file is transferred to CHC Islamabad. The 2 or so months it spends in Mississagua is not part of this time.

But for us is really isn't a big deal is it? This would matter in countries where the timelines are of 6 months so waiting 2 extra months is agony for them. At our scale, 2 months is a piece of cake.

i'm from pak..i have submitted my sponsorship application two weeks back...my wife is sponsoring me....my question is what is going to happen next....how long is it going to take to get notified if my application has been accepted or not...and when will i get the client id?

in 2 more weeks or may b earlier u will get approve from cic inshalla
they ll send u email in which ur client id or file number is written

Infact there's more updates to the page altogether. After lots of experimentation, finally now this runs automatically. Every half hour it checks the TCS website for new numbers. I've also sorted the list in reverse chronological order so that the newest ones are at the top.. scrolling down all the way to the bottom each time was not efficient.

Hi kman how's it going. No luck with my case. My passport has been gone for 9 months now, since last August.

I have just stopped thinking about it.
