yes it can change to in process if you have provided them with more proofs of an on going relationship! if you did provide them with moree proofs they might have convince them and they took your file out of interview queue.... stay positive and keep praying

Those who are saying that Canada has worst immigration system has never interacted with USA immigration system lol.... Even in visit visa after getting visa you have no right of inquiry about ur passport for 90 days..and they have no timeline for spousal visa ..and other family class my neighbor got her visa after 18 years her brother sponsored her and she had even forgotten about it

Alhumdulillah my status changed to 'Decision Made' today!!! Also, the address has changed, Allah ka shukar. Thank you so much for all the support and advices. A journey and wait of good 17 months is finally paying off.

Dont worry, i m in the same situation. mine goes to "IN PROCESS" on 27-Feb-2013, n still didn't get any letter from CIC and so many other users in this forum are in same boat.

Just relax n pray for yourself and us as well.

My Case filed in June 2011.
REmed done:june 2012.
Landing fee Submitt: Sep.2012
Ecase change to INprocess: 26 FEB 2013.
ppr :Still waiting ( sab ko 8 say 12 days main passport request mil rahi hain taqreeban jin ka remed jun main or status INPROCESS feb main huwa hai
Mailing Adress : CAnada ON.

Does anyone know if CHC-Islamabad would let me go in person to their office in regards to my son's citizenship application and application for canadian passport? I am Canadian and so is my son who was born in Pakistan but has no documents yet.

Also do they answer calls if I call them? Because from checking the website passport services is considered emergency and they should be able to help Canadians. Isn't that what embassies are for?

yes you can go to chc for consular services 8am to 12pm i think two days a week
but u cannot go to the visa section unless u have a int letter or something
