Hi everyone
my documents are ready to submit which I ll do on monday inshallah
now my lawyer is asking for following things that makes me more frustrated as it ll took more one week documents are
1.certified copy of id card of wife ( I hav already provide certified copy in english but now she is saying she need in urdu as wel) is it v important?
.2. We hav copies of all education doc and not the orginals if we submit with copies wat the risk?
Plz suggest me wat should I do

you need english translation of all the urdu documents but you also need to submit urdu document... but if the document was in english originally then theres no need to get urdu translation...
my husband submitted original educational documents... thats what listed in the document checklist.

alhamdoulillah...
i have been really patient all these 17 months.. and my husband even agrees :d..
im so thankful to everyone for their advises and for guiding me what to do when i knew nothing...
all my updates happened on sunday... in process and now decision made too..
i hope i get my passport till next week..
and all of u would always remain in my prayers and i hope u all get ur visas soon .. i know the torture of being alone and waiting where its the most important time to be with ur spouse in the initial years of our marriage...

pp recieved my embassy 4 march
app file :9/8/2011

Alhumdulillah my status changed to 'Decision Made' today!!! Also, the address has changed, Allah ka shukar. Thank you so much for all the support and advices. A journey and wait of good 17 months is finally paying off.

I hope and pray that you all recieve the good news soon and get through the entire process as quickly as possible, in sha'Allah.

Those who are saying that Canada has worst immigration system has never interacted with USA immigration system lol.... Even in visit visa after getting visa you have no right of inquiry about ur passport for 90 days..and they have no timeline for spousal visa ..and other family class my neighbor got her visa after 18 years her brother sponsored her and she had even forgotten about it

does it is possible interview que applicants get theie ecase status change to in process while in interview que,??? do they send interview leeter after it change to in process any senior member would like to highliten this thanks in advance

why not?
yes it can change to in process if you have provided them with more proofs of an on going relationship! if you did provide them with moree proofs they might have convince them and they took your file out of interview queue.... stay positive and keep praying
