Thank you brother. Alhumdulillah today I have been informed that my wife has received PPR. Although on the letter it also requests my wife to provide additional information about the remed she did in July.

Brother INSHALLAH jaldi u r gona c DECISION MADE ..... yeh tu hai k apkay passport pr visa lag kr ayee ga INSHALLAH.... as sum of the forum members hav mentioned dat sumtimes status dosent change ... kya pata apko cuming weeek main passport mil jaye

senoir members plz advice.... my file transfer on 14 feb 12 .... and my file lies in ottawa.... and there is no proceeding in my case no uppdates on ecas..................... now i wanna ask that if i aply for trv (visit visa) than it will take 2 months , and my passport will be with embassy , in the mean time if i hear any thing from spousal visa, waht will be siutable?

I think at this stage it will not be a wise decision at all.Bcz u will be definitely hear something from them within next 2 to 3 months. If u receive Remed then u will definitely require Passport for remed . If u recv PPR+Remed then in that case u will need PP also. U should wait until any update from ottawa.

If it is inevitable for u to join ur husband than just apply for TRV . If u got Remed or PPR during that u would have to recall ur PP from CHC and in that case u have to withdraw ur TRV application.

Choice will be urs Sis.

ek or cheez mai add karna chahta ho ke mera remedical hone se pehle ecase in process hoa tha or jab remedical hogaya to oss ke kuch din baad medical results have been received lika hoa aaa giya tha...

im the only one left behind with the same application received only status and still no ppr... i wonder where did we go wrong that its taking so long... any of u with ur status changed contacted ur mp or anything... i have emailed cic twice but no reply either.. in november we contacted mp and we got to know my file is with decision making officer since september.. and a positive recommendation was made.. they saw no problem with my file and i was told it would be finalized soon.. but still nothing happened and mp says he cant inquire again before 3 months...

I have question that on my Nikha ceremony was in court and we didn't take photo of Nikha forms signing but we have our Valima Photos which was we take after 2 months so valima photo is enough for proof also we have other photos with together so its enough for us for proof. pls help for this.

na.. too lazy to sign it get it scanned again and email my husband so that he can order ... but when we contacted mp in novemeber he asked from Ottawa about our file and there is where the notes r made i suppose... and they told us its all good with the file and it would be finalized soon.. i already had my remedical 7 months back.. if i would have been in interview que or would have had anything against my application i would have got the objection letter or interview letter by now... khair i guess my going to iraq is creating this delay... i hope i get it now.. my second anniversary is in april... i hope i get to spend that with my husband at least.. man i have missed out on a lot of gifts from his side because of this long distance... i better be getting some diamonds now
