CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

My husband is a Canadian citizen and we got married in Sep 2011.. We applied for immigration on 29th nov 2011 and its 10 feb 2013 now no reply yet We even asked the MP n he said our file is in Ottawa! Processing of Pakistani applicants takes place in Ottawa? Is it likely?

Usually straight forward selected cases are likely to be processed at ottawa.
Generally Ottawa is not a place for pakistani applicants bcz i never ever see a single case successfully processed in Ottawa.
Some cases has initially been sent to Ottawa but subsequently they have been forward to CHC-Islamabad .
So it is good sign that ur case is in ottawa. hope it will be finalized there.

Yes, late 2011 and all of 2012 cases went to ottawa (majoritry of them)

Yes, late 2011 and all of 2012 cases went to ottawa (majoritry of them)

just a question...how is it tht ur pp request was in May 2012 and u sent is in Nov 2012...dont they give a 15 days time period to send passport or they will not process ur application??

ottawa time line says 13 months so u should email them or order GSM notes so u should no whts going on ur file
