can any buddy tell me how one should add name in canadian tax payers as spouse i mean which department should we inform

When i filled in my taxes after my marriage, I added my wife in as my spouse/dependant. The federal tax went through with no issues, they accepted that i had added her, but the Quebec gov't refused the addition of my wife as a dependant since she wasn't in Canada yet. So i got one ok, and one not-ok, lol. this year it will be the same since she didn't land in Canada by the 31st of December, but inshallah next year even the quebec gov't will accept my request to add her in as a spouse/dependant.

Yesterday Alhumdullilah Allah has given me a son and I am very happy. Now CHC-Islamabad better not have any more excuse to hold on to my wife's passport which they have been doing since September saying they are waiting for the child to be born.

Did anybody who recieve telephonic call from CHC-I for passport submission in Dec 21-27 , 2012 got his passport back from CHC-I after stamping the visa or not ? . please share your replies as i already sent mine to them but did not get it back yet.Thanks

I'm also in the same boat. I applied in March 2011, and was placed in interview queue because of no rukhsati in March 2012. And that is something I learned only through GCMS notes. They haven't contacted us since March 2012 which means that I have been in this queue for almost a year without any official correspondence from them.

My advice to you is to get your rukhsati done as soon as possible and send them the proofs voluntarily. It is hoped that this will speed up your case, Insha Allah!

Farhan1..bro according to your previous posts I could easily says that your case was in interview Que as you haven't submitted them enough proof which shows genuineness of your relation. Every Nikah only case is different from other it all based on what sort of proof you are submmiting to back up your case. Mine was a Nikah only too and I didnt came under the presure of CHC to complete ruksati in rush as it was one of the most important function of our life and I was saving up for it.

I am trying to post letters which I have received from CHC so that all of you on this forum can see that how CHC waited for me to send them pics instead of giving me deadline of 45 days to complete ruksati. They cant put your case on interview unless you havent given them enough proof.

"Please note that we will no longer be accepting the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual – IMM 5475 or the Use of Representative – IMM 5476 for ATIP purposes.
