wen the review on ur case is done n they start asking u for new forms or ppr, they update the ecase,
mostly people who get remed or are goin to get remed (which means u have best interview n ur case eligible) then ecase changes to IN PROCESS otherwise its Application Received.

but not always depend on ecase becuz some people who have alreadi landed in Canada their ecase says Application received n then there are people whose ecase changed or was updated in every step of the process.

Depends on ur immigration officer and mostly ur luck n destiny in with CHC

Approximately how much time do they take for this processing? Only a year is left with my studies and after that rukhsati is planned but I pray to Allah that everything gets done before my rukhsati so that I can go with my husband.

hi every one i want to know is there any time period for GCMS notes because when i inquired my MP about the file again he says that it has to be 3 months difference in between when u ask again about your file.... plz any one who has applied for GCMS NOTES.

You can order GCMS notes whenever and any any number of times you want.

I applied for a job in Shell Canada, had an interview on 2nd Oct, couldn't get there
Actually my wife lived in Pakistan all her life.... she moved to Canada fairly recently, so house is out of question!!! she has got a couple of grands in her bank A/C, leased apartment and a full time job, that's it.

On my side, i have some agriculture property, a part of which i'll sell off once i get over with this process....

No worries, your visa is valid until your pp expires, and CHC would keep that in mind. So you'll be getting your PP back soon. However, I got my PP renewed even though it wasn't anywhere close to the expiry. I just gave them the reason, that I got married, and want my PP with my new name and Family No. You can do the same too.

So your file is in Ottawa. Then it must be under process in Ottawa instead of Islamabad.

on days like this, where i have no idea where my mind is wondering and the heart feels lifeless, i wish things were different!!!!

thinking about ordering GMC notes, but i wonder if its the right time for that..... my file is still in Ottawa as my lovely MP inquired about that in late Oct....

This simply means that they're waiting for your Criminality report. As soon as they get that, they'll update your status and send your PP back.

WVR is the interview waived group (your file is in queue or is already being reviewed by DMO.

And oh! Sweetheart GSA!!! <3 <3 He happens to be somehow related to GS****, that As*Ho*E who is sitting on my file since the last 4 months!

I just got my GCMS notes ...it says Medical Passed and Criminality not started.

it also says status In Progress.
Grouped to WVR assigned to GSA what does that mean ??

can anyone help me understand this please

JUST ONE ADVISE FOR 2012 cases, don't enquire every month through MP or yourself.

is there any rule that the passport should be valid for six months before entering in canada?
