someone told me ...... it does not matter when you notes are created they copy your notes from last time your file was opened
so if any new information (if any) is there ........ it will stay there .... until they open your file again and make that new information a part of your file

that is what i understood from talking to an immigration consultant

he even told me that unless you know for sure that your stuck in a jam ..... do not order notes against your file ....... because if they open your file to do some work on it and they see the request for notes ........ at that point all they are gona do is to make your notes send them to you and close your file again for the next time ........ that's way you might end up adding more time to your processing time only by requesting notes.
That's what exactly my consultant told me when I asked him regarding my notes.
Allah knows batter.

Hi Guys,
I just received a letter from CHC-I i thought it was a PPR but unfortunately when i opened it it wasn't :(
Once again they have asked for additional documents like

Notice of Assessment for year 2011 (which i have already submitted in June)
Copies of All pages of passport of sponsor since we got married (submitted in June)
and
Residency Questionnaire (its a 4 page form attached with the letter)

I don't understand why can't they ask for everything they need once! they have requested additional documents 3 times after AOR.... Bloody *&Q$£%^*&(

Surprisingly! the letter was posted yesterday and i received it today in Rawalpindi.

You should get AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) soon InshAllah. From there they may ask for additional docs or not. After that they'll start processing your file, if they need more proof/docs along the way they'll send requests. Otherwise you may eventually get asked for remed+ppr or remed then ppr.

Oh alright. Thanks for that info! Hopefully we get AOR soon iA.

Awesome my friend. Really glad to hear that!

Questioning anything of the sponsor at this stage is weird and by the things requested it appears they are questioning your sponsors residency in Canada...as those apply for PR need to show they will establish residency in Canada and its best that sponsor stay mostly in Canada, works (pays taxes) and has connections there.

Don't say here if not comfortable by they might think for some reason that your sponsor is living in Pakistan or elsewhere?

Dude, i think its good news. Sounds like they are reviewing your file so your getting closer.

I know but after birth of my daughter my wife came here in Pakistan and applied for an expedited processing, on grounds that she was alone there and it was difficult to manage things with an infant to take are of, which was refused. So she stayed here for like 6 months i.e entire winter...

but she went back in March, got my 8 months old daughter into a daycare, and she is working full time since then, i can't believe how ignorant CHC-I can be..... ???
