ok so due date for criminality was end of september i ordered gcms in mid sept and they were generated in the last week of sept after criminality due date and i got them today but still criminality is not updateddddddddddddddddd

i checked my status on sunday it was "Decision made" but the address was the same..but to day i checked my status it shows "decision made" and current home address shows "Canada address" and current mailing address shows my pakistan home adress.???

i dont know when they return PP ???

hi guys
i got a call from chc I yesterday. 9 oct and the woman on fone told me that my medical results are still pending, and i asked he million questions regarding what to do now and bla blackshe was nice enough toreply each of them andsaid i dnt have to worry and they will track down the medical themselves.
i asked her abt the reciept thing and she said there isno need to send the reciept and they will track own the medical themselves

my fustration is on te highest peaks


They should ve sorted out abt the medical results first n then should ve called u. if they can do it themselves. btw u did ur medical in june rite.

someone told me ...... it does not matter when you notes are created they copy your notes from last time your file was opened
so if any new information (if any) is there ........ it will stay there .... until they open your file again and make that new information a part of your file

that is what i understood from talking to an immigration consultant

he even told me that unless you know for sure that your stuck in a jam ..... do not order notes against your file ....... because if they open your file to do some work on it and they see the request for notes ........ at that point all they are gona do is to make your notes send them to you and close your file again for the next time ........ that's way you might end up adding more time to your processing time only by requesting notes.

Your consultant is an idiot...it's a misconception...others have said this too and I just want to know how logically speaking it can be seen negatively? A sign of the sponsor caring? As you can see on the report and from my own knowledge of generally how government deals with this, there is always a seperate department that deals with requests and it appears its basically a very simple report they generate, after that they have to manually remove all things not releasable by law such as information on others and relating to national security...but a VO in Islamabad shouldn't have anything to do with it UNLESS a physical file is requested.

In my opinion the only thing a GCMS requests does is show you give a damn...

I think meds are valid for 1 year, so InshAllah they'll try to complete your case before April 2013 so that you don't have to do remed a 3rd time.

I just looked at the Residency Questionnaire...to be honest I don't remember doing this. I think its new, anyone else know?? I will have to go through my docs tomorrow and check to be sure but I don't remember having my wife fill this stuff out. I could be wrong though.

Regardless...at least you're making progress. At this point they will just do the security checks etc. and then issue ppr.
