anyone kno the address where u can mail ur GCMS notes?

ma stupid scanner is not working so i want to send it by mail n insha'allah i will receive it by email.

I jus need the address to where u send the forms?

This is how a sponsor can apply CAIPS and GCMS. The sponsor has to fill and send these two forms,

1 - Form name IMM5475E

How long is everyone waiting before ordering GCMS notes? Also guys, for now the status says "application received", will it say medical results have been received as well since we sent the medical receipt with the our initial application?

It may or may not. In my case, my wife has done remed and still it shows application received on the website. Yet the GCMS notes indicate that the file is in process. So if you don't see it change and aren't sure of what is going on, you can just request for GCMS notes. GCMS notes usually take 30 days.

what is counterfoil in gcms?
last update on gcms was in july and then nothing after that... i think security checks ho rahey hainnnnnnnnnnnnnn

I checked on google, definition of counterfoil: "The part of a check or other commercial paper retained by the issuer as a record of a transaction."

so maybe a payment you sent??

i found it in NOTES section... where it says notes and then notes1 notes2 bla bla in the very end

oh ok, not for me then...my wife's notes section doesn't say that.. im afraid of my wife being thrown into the interview queue.

its not necessary that they will update eacse with medical results have been received for the first medical..it is usually updated for remedical...
GCMS is ordered when you dont know whats the status of your application and you are stuck

"We received your application to sponsor on November 2, 2011.

We sent you a letter on December 21, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."


After that, nothing has happened. So by looking at the rest of your progresses, I'm assuming that we should be receiving an additional request for documents soon? I just want to make sure everything is going normal with our case. Thanks.

u dont have any notes... i have 2 paragraphs one was updated in may and other in july after they received updated proofs of reception and honeymoon......

She does have notes, but nothing mentioning the interview being waived. Notes just indicated the stuff I sent in and that to send remed request and the additional docs (questionnaire, more pics etc.).

You should get AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) soon InshAllah. From there they may ask for additional docs or not. After that they'll start processing your file, if they need more proof/docs along the way they'll send requests. Otherwise you may eventually get asked for remed+ppr or remed then ppr.
