Some MPs will want you to come to their office in person and some don't. I just had to call my MP and they did the rest. I had to send him the consent letter via email though.

I visted the MPS office today and got a reply same day. She said first of all ur file number is no longer BXXXXXXXXX infact it is now FXXXXXXXXX. (I dont know if thats makes any difference).

Secondly She said the embasssy is waiting for the medical results because the back ground and security check is all complete. Once they receive the medical results Visa will b issued inshallah.

any feedback would b appreciated....... :-X

Seems right, email them back with the original email they sent you to acknowledge the request and ask for update. CC one of their workers...Kamalpreet.Vaid @ cic.gc.ca...should get response today!

yes they do, most wife cases (96%) get done easily n early without problem, while husband cases have to wait a longer time due to stupid background checks making sure no one is a terrorist.
CHC is full of BullSh*t people n idiots... making peoples lives a living hell....

Wow! That was quick! and your meds would be updated soon, and someone either at IOM or Dehli office is screwed for life

Tell them that you are in their constituency, and that you have applied for sponsorship of **** since **** under file no. ****. Ask them if they can make inquiry regarding your case, and any other help would be appreciated. If there is more that you want from them you could ask that too. But they rarely ever do more than a plain enquiry.
