Tell them that you are in their constituency, and that you have applied for sponsorship of **** since **** under file no. ****. Ask them if they can make inquiry regarding your case, and any other help would be appreciated. If there is more that you want from them you could ask that too. But they rarely ever do more than a plain enquiry.

I dont know why they delay ur pp.....may i know about ur traveling history and education background...i heard those who have a good education background so they stamp the visa soon

yes they do, most wife cases (96%) get done easily n early without problem, while husband cases have to wait a longer time due to stupid background checks making sure no one is a terrorist.
CHC is full of BullSh*t people n ideas... making peoples lives a living hell....

Well yes, the logic for husband cases taking longer does make some sense atleast.. When they ask about our history, men usually just have more information to give (travel, employment, education) than women. So that means the checks would take longer too. But considering even women cases take a lot longer than they should, it doesn't seem any easier for them either.

Absolutely agreed with the 'bullsh*t' and 'hell' part.. It seems they're rather inefficient and unorganized in their processes..

Marriage has not yet.Final reception is planned to be held in Canada.
Pictures:wedding and post pitures are not sufficient for the this relationship. Proof of contact,financial support and text message record and calling cards are provided as proof of contact.Documentary proof is not sufficient to establish relationship.


what is your interpretation of this note.
its mean that they will refuse the application or already refused it because i don't have anything else to provide them...

Hi.. im going to e-mail my MP .. but i dunno what to ask or say :

I would call the mp's office first.... they will ask you to come to the office and sign the form plus provide them with all the information like name of applicant file # etc

my status is same "application received" plus "medical results have been received"...

I visted the MPS office today and got a reply same day. She said first of all ur file number is no longer BXXXXXXXXX infact it is now FXXXXXXXXX. (I dont know if thats makes any difference).

Secondly She said the embasssy is waiting for the medical results because the back ground and security check is all complete. Once they receive the medical results Visa will b issued inshallah.

any feedback would b appreciated....... :-X

receiving remedical means your background checks done and after remedical they do scurity checks that takes tooooooooooooo long

Means i m under security checks...bcz i did my remedical in july and in my ecas it shows Medical result have been recived

i think it means since the applicant is 12 years younger they are suspicious about the case, n they are not satisfied with the marriage. U need to provide more proof, n they might be thinking its a force marriage.

And they are right for the force marriage ..lol
