Fozi it seems like the remed results are in a limbo - for whatever reason New Dehli has not forwarded them. But don't worry now that CHC knows your hubby did get the remed done they will get in contact with New Dehli and track down the results. A similar situation happened to a previous forum member.

I really don't know wht's happening. my husband got a call from CHC-I on Sept. 19 nd he confirmed them about the medical. my MP contacted CHC-I on Sept. 20 nd still they said we haven't received the medical results. even they said we'r wondering if the applicant did medical examination. wht does this mean when they already called applicant nd confirmed it. y r they saying it like tht. plus it's been a week since my husband got a call from CHC-I nd no update or change in online status. y CHC-I doesn't contact those stupid in New Delhi to send the results .

They called her like someone told me earlier. She got the call on tuesday, not monday. They first asked her a few qualifying questions (date of birth, my date of birth etc.) then they asked if she sent the repcc and stuff, not sure if they asked her about remed..ill ask her about that.

But anyways they said that as per the letter they sent us with AOR, it asked us to send 15-20 pics, and we did not comply...which is true because I didn't really take many pics and some of the pics didn't have me with my wife, but her with some of my family members. So he said send us more rukhsati pictures and send us your vcd and then we will make decision.

man I can't afford to go right now...I will have to see if I even have any vacation time available from work. And then to have to pay for ticket...maybe some pics of us having sex is necessary.

but they do want pics of u with ur spouse being romantic, n wen i took pics we had to take be a little romantic
(but not dirty), n be close with ur wife sit together, feed each other n lol hugs

LET ME SHARE MY THOUGHTS, THIS IS FOR REMEDICAL CASES
I THINK WE SHOULD SEND EMAIL TO CHC-I AS AN INTIMATION THAT "WE HAVE DONE OUR REMEDICAL" WITH THE ATTACHMENT OF REMEDICAL RECEIPT (WHICH IS PROVIDED BY IOM) AS EVIDENCE .
WOULD APPRECIATE THE COMMENTS PLZ

holy ... i thought they send us the remed only if they are satisfied with our relationship, involve ur MP... u know involving ur MP means ur case is genuine.. and why dont u send more proof like call logs, chats and money transfer receipts and is ur wife living with ur parents?.. if yes ask her to send picture with them, u know that would prove that u guys are married and shes living with ur parents.. and VCD thats not possible.. they never asked all this, now they are so free that they will watch our marriage videos in the office, one more way to pass the time and not work on our files

I got a letter today from Islamabad CHC...i taught it would be PPR but it was Police Clearance.....but still thanks to Allah, at least my file is in process......

haha yea...I wanted to yaar, but my wife is too shy and she didn't want to take a lot of pics + all the issues we had while we were there...

I know eh...I didn't know involving MP will mean our case is genuine...that is interesting. I will talk to my parents about that. My wife is living with her parents, my parents are here in Canada with me. My mom recently went there to visit, I even told my dad to just have her take pics with my mom but noooo my dad is like oh it wont make a difference .

Yea the way you said it reminded me of the times we as kids in school would get that rare chance to huddle together and watch a movie in class! ahaha.

Issue is..I really can't go for another trip. I just checked and at work I only have 2 days of vacation time. I owed them vacation time from my last trip man. These guys here are nice and get me manager approval for stuff when I need it...I just feel bad having to ask again. And then to buy a ticket now would be expensive too.

I will definitely send the vcd and I told my wife to just get her album and get 20-30+ pics to send with labels. Are you guys sure getting the MP involved will make this case genuine? what do I even say to the MP??

tht's wht i was thinking too. re-medical payment receipt is already sent to them. I think they are blind. They have the medical payemnt receipt which is sent with passport.

yes because the guy who called me,,, mein tou us say chipak he gae thi i was asking question after question, he might have known how desperate i am to get this process done and i asked him should i send him the receipt and he said no... ur husband would have talked to him to the point may be ... and dont worry they would have sorted it out, ask ur MP again... and they even have ur pp... eventually ho he jae ga...
if u can do this... and its really helpful
after every magrib prayers.. recite surah muzammil... its in the 29th sipara... a very short surat... after magrib prayers 3 times... for 21 days...

Jazak Allah for the reply. u know wht happened. when my husband did the medical the doctor called on my husband's cell nd asked for the previous medical details. doctor told him to sms the details. after few days i asked my husband to confirm wether medical results are sent. I meant on the reception but my husband called on doctor's number nd doctor said "k results to beejh diye hain aap phone ka galt istemal kar rahe hain" nd he hng up. tht's y my husband didn't ask tht guy more questions. I told him y didn't u ask questions he said i thought he might say the same thing
my MP did send the e-mail on 20th sept. nd he's gone on honeymon nd will be back next week thursday.
I readsurah muzamil in the morning. i'll read in the magrb prayer now. jazak Allah.
