I believe CIC has given you the "green light", if they sent you an email stating that your eligable to sponser (did you recieve this email/letter?). If yes, that is your queue to apply for CSQ. This should be complete (CSQ approval) before stage 2 process starts....

Sometimes I can take longer for some applicants to recieve approvals. Wait for another week for an email. If no answer call CIC call center at 1888-242-2100

Hello everybody,

Im new to this forum and I find it very informative.. I ve a couple of questions.I'll be really please if anybody can help me!

Im pregnant and I got my remed request in MAY 2012. i got my remed done in MAY, but the dr dint do my XRAY.. Also dr said my application wont be processed til I get my XRAY done.

However in JULY I again recived 2 letters on same day stating tht I shld remed done n Passport request.

I submitted my passport in july, and havent heard since then from CHC I.

Im due inshaaAllah in OCTOBER.
my question is after baby il ve to get XRAY DONE. HOW LONG WIL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY APPLICATION.

AND HOW DO I GET MY BABYS CANADIAN PASSPORT?
WHT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS? MY HUSBAND IS CANADIAN CITIZEN.

I hope that you informed CIC-Islamabad of your health condition - pregnant and hence not able to do medical reason attached to your passport with the dates of the expected baby.

Since its a straight forward case, give birth to the upcoming angel and then get your X-RAY done as soon as the doctor thinks its safe. Get an appointment fot that with the authorized physician in your city.

Getting baby's passport will not be a problem as his father is a Canadian citizen and also because they processes infant cases everyday.

For how long it is going to take? I have no idea. . .

I did a mistake of sending my passport I dint know they wont issue my visa due to XRAY..
from where can I get babys passport? also wil i need pakistani passport too?

We received your application to sponsor on June 14, 2012.

We sent you a letter on August 21, 2012 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

dats wat it says under 'decision made' wat does dat mean, is it approved or not?

and under 'application received' it says : We received application for permanent residence on June 14, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

so without the letter how can i tell whether dey hav approved the case or not,
the UCI # i m using is the one on my landing paper (dats wat i wrote in the application as well), and through dat i m able get access to my online status
