dats wat it says under 'decision made' wat does dat mean, is it approved or not?

and under 'application received' it says : We received application for permanent residence on June 14, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

so without the letter how can i tell whether dey hav approved the case or not,
the UCI # i m using is the one on my landing paper (dats wat i wrote in the application as well), and through dat i m able get access to my online status

Guys, I emailed CIC-I on Aug 18th regarding a change in my wifes contact information and then again on September 10th regarding an additional proofs package i sent in.
So far i have received no acknowledgement of my emails or Fax's.
is this normal?

Yes I would say it's normal because it seems like lately they are replying to e-mails within 30-4 days. If they e-mail you back they will tell you address changes cannot be done by e-mail and to fax or mail them a letter. But if they have attached the faxed copies you have sent and have the courtesy and intellegence to put the two together - they will hopefully let you know that address has been updated (though i think it's unlikely they are capable of this). However I have seen other forum members saying it took 2-3 months to get addresses updated.

this means your application has been approved in missisauga and your file should have been transferred to Islamabad by now because if decision made is in august 21st your file should have made it to Pakistan by now. Have you not recieved the approval letter yet?

Iqra - as long as the visit is not for an extended period of time such as 3-4 months it should be okay. But there should be evidence to support that the sponser visiting is going to return - either a return ticket booked, a vacation proof letter from employer mentioning dates allowable for vacation, mortgage on a house or renting an appt. All this evidence should be on hand in case your visit is questioned.

Hi I wanna ask one question. Is there any effect on process of immiigration file if spouse is in Canada on visit visa and. Immigration file is in process in Pakistan??

This is very much normal. I would suggest that you wait for 30 days since your first email, and then contact your MP to make sure that they change your address. There have been many cases where they sent letters to the previous addresses instead of the new ones, despite the applicants' intimation to CHC regarding the same.
