Nobody got their pp back today

I wonder wht are they doing? y holding on to our passports? Already been 2 months ???

Don't send a physical file inquiry through your lawyer. That will delay your case for sure. Go for GCMS notes. Here is how you can order them.

Fill out these two forms. IMM5475E form needs to be filled out by the applicant (in Pakistan) or the sponsor can fill it out and get the applicant's signature on it. Check on "I Authorize....". The applicant's info will go on "Your name", "DOB" and fill out the rest of the column. The sponsor is the designated individual and his/her name and address will go in the designated individual information required. The person being sponsored needs to sign in the applicant signature space. No need to have a signature in the spouse space, leave it blank.

IMM5563E needs to be filled out by the sponsor. Put a check mark beside "Access to Information Act", "English", "Email" and "NO" in section A.
IN section B, write the applicants last name, first name and date of birth. Then put a checkmark beside; "Electronic file" and "Status of application" only and the file number starting with FXXXXXXXXX and embassy as Islamabad. Thats all you need to fill out for section B.

In section C check "this request is submitted by Canadian citizen". Fill your immigration consultants info as required. Then fill out the rest of the information as the sponsors name, address etc etc. Then sign and date it.


The sponsor can pay the fee online; and select Access to Information and pay with credit card. The sponsor will have to register with them, just provide your email and create a password;

You can save the receipt or print it. They will email you a copy on your given email address as well.

Scan and attach both forms and the payment receipt and send it to atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca with GCMS ORDER in your subject from your email account. . In the body, just write " I would like to order GCMS notes - Thanks".

That means i did a big mistake...he already send the letters and sign them on me...but he told me i will do all the things through MP....

I hope they will not delay my case bcz CHC themself make this way...bcz this form is also available in website that u can choose ur representative to see your file.....but still it makes me worry.. i did it bcz i wanted to find out what is happening and want to know how long should i wait more....

if they don't want to reply to our e-mails then don't, but atleast send our pp back with visa stamped. hume koi shauq nahn hai e-mails karne ka . this intzar so stressful

Text: Tip call received on the Border Watch Line that sponsor has not divorced his first spouse and currently facing charges related to domestic issues. Further information will be forwarded to visa office upon receipt.

Someone called border watch line and told them that you havn't divorced your first spouse and are facing charges relating to domestic issues. Obvioulsy, this is someone who doesnt' want your spouse to be here for many reasons. Firstly, is this your second marriage? IF yes, then do you have all your divorce paperwork filed correctly. Did you wait the amount of time CIC wants you to wait inorder to marry another person in a foregin country and sponsor them. If all your paperwork is fine and you followed CIC guidlines, then you shouldn't worry at all. If this is your first marriage, then its a hoax call.

The call was made on April 26th. Whoever is doing this knows that your spouse's immigration is in process and doesn't want your spouse to be here.
