Can anyone let me know after how much time they send re-medical request after the medical expires? My wife's medical expired end of August ...

for my wife first remedical was to may 2012. but i got one ago second medicl and ppr .

hi i got my AOR iin june 2012 with few documents request like suplementry form , re pcc and other additional proofs.
few documents in that list were which i already submitted when my husband submitted my file to cpc missisuaga like original education documents , original nikkah nama , marriage certificate etc. so i send them additional proofs like new bills, new pics and air ticket(because my husband visited again after submitted my Application and i got my AOR when he is with me in pakistan) so we have that type of proofs.
and make a checklist that what u already submitted and what things u submitting now and send that checklist with ur documents.

same is in my case i also received AOR with some document listed. statement is as
"please provide certified english or french translation of documentation marked with check mark"
but no document contain check mark but some documents are underlined. do i need to send underlined documents???

Salam Everyone,

Today i received Acknowledgement of Receipt of Application (AOR) and the letter is dated 15th Aug, 2012. In the letter several documentation listed from which one is highlighted, which they have asked to send back within 30 days of the date of the letter. They have asked to send Supplementary forms with that they have given download link. When i opened that link its supplementary information form. My question is do any one got the similar request? This is the only form i have to send CHC-Islamabad or there is some other document?

I received AOR on aug 27. in this letter several documents are listed from which some are underlined. underlined documents include police certificate, original marriage certificate and some forms which i have to fill out.
i wana ask, is there documents required highlighted or underlined on letter??? or it has check mark???

You should send those documents which are underlined. is it husband case or wife case? When did you apply?

it is wife case
Chc received my application on 10 june 2011 and they did not contact me since then.
now i received acknowledgement letter on 27 august but is is very confusing letter and i am unavle to understand what to do and what documents to send them
i received AOR with some document listed. statement is as
"please provide certified english or french translation of documentation marked with check mark"
a) Certified copies of all identity documents including CNIC and birth certificate
b) certified copies of passport
c) original police clearance certificate
d) some forms links are given from which only one is underlined

no word is underlined in option f) ang g)

no document contain check mark but some words are underlined in some options. do i need to send underlined documents???

I am new on this forum. But have been following it for a long time and find it very helpful.

My query is:
I filed for my wife's PR application in Jan 2011. Her re-medical was done in July 2012. Can anyone tell me that when should she expect the passport request. Since she is also planning to go on Hajj in October. I hope that the time doesn't clash. And even if it does I hope it should not be problem if she sends her passport after her return from Hajj. Can anyone please tell how much time do they give to send the passport after they send the request. Any help will be appreciated.
