On a more serious note, I too had the same concern. However, people having issues with their remeds are the ones who got them done at IMO, whereas mine was with DMP. My status has been changed, and MP has also not mentioned that our medicals are missing. Therefore i assume that our meds are with CHC already, and they're not sending PPR for some other reason which I'm unable to understand.

Same is the the case with me. My status was updated to 'Medical results have been received' in May. Us din sa postman ka intezaar ker ker k ankhein pathar ki ho gaee han, lekin CHC-I shayad humari file per pakoray rakh k khatay rehtay han.

i think we should write a intimation letter with copy of receipt of medical fees to CHC-I, may by this they could know we have done our remed.and send us PPR.

eeeek! These guys are crazy! And they don't seem to follow their own rule of first in, first out.

Hey! I can see a lot of progress in the last few days! People are getting 'Decision made' status, finally! So happy for you Farhad80 and Babbi, and all others who had the status updates.

they're probably doing background checks and stuff. And I think it might be the same for those who got Remed + PPR. They might be doing checks and stuff before they can stamp and send out the PPR. They just saved a step by asking for both at the same time...not sure why though, maybe some internal decision to try and speed up things or to test a different procedure.

Receiving remedical means that they are satisfied by ur relationship and proofs we provided.
Now What we should expect from them, if PPR then why there is different time they r taking to send PPR,
in some cases they send within 2 months and on some cases they take over 3 months,
why there is no uniformity in processing our cases by CHC-I.

Dear friend!

I think they are doing background checks at the moment for applicants who did their re-medical in may/june/july,2012. They say its "first in first out" valuation method they use so i guess we all are waiting for our turn. I am also a july re-medical case and i have heard guys talking here that may be CIC-I has not received the results yet and hence the delay for PPR. Honestly, who knows whats going on except for the people working inside the embassy. Then again i have seen wife cases complete within 14 to 17 months
